The Riva Ridge Chalets, charming condominiums in vibrant Vail Village, are situated just steps from Vail Mountain’s Vista Bahn Express chairlift, providing easy access to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains.
This fabulous Two Bedroom Three bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The master has a king sizes bed, flat screen tv, with a full bath and a nice steam room for your relaxation after a long days in the slopes. Second bedroom has a two queen beds, flat screen tv and full bathroom.
In the living room we have a cozy fireplace, balcony. Cable TV, DVD and Wi-fi, eight people dining table, Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.

Property was very clean and in great shape. Owners closets limited the cabinet and drawer space in the kitchen, and pans were not in great shape, but everything else was great.There was a slight lack of communication at check in as to which parking spot was ours but the owner responded almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We loved this property it is very spacious and has everything you will need. It is in a prime location just steps from all of the shops in Vail Village and Gondola 1. We will be back and will rent this again!

Great Location & Well Appointed

This property is located in the heart of Vail Village with quick access to trails, restaurants, and the Gondola. The patio in the unit was a wonderful place to read the paper during our beautiful Summer stay! The 3rd bathroom/powder room was a plus for our family stay.

Awesome place, awesome location, awesome owner

A lot of listing say they are close to the action but this place truly is. About a block from the main square but far enough away to avoid most of the crowd noise in the evening. Very spacious and well appointed condo and the management took really good care of us. Highly recommended!

Vail Condo

Very accurate pictures. Location is the BEST! Very close to Gondola One and the Village. Only complaint is the work trucks (trash, deliveries, snow removal) beginning at 6a every morning. If you are a late sleeper, you will definitely be up for an hour or so EVERY morning.

Killer Location

The place is so well located, right next door to Gondola 1 and the heart of Vail. Very clean and nicely decorated. Fire place is awesome and the beds are very comfortable. They also had free washer and dryer which was not listed in the amenity list. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Our family enjoyed staying here, 5 min walk to the Village Ski Valet and Gondola One. Two min walk to Vail Village with all the shops and restaurants. The building is supposed to be smoke free but sometimes there was unpleasant smoke smell (not sure where it was coming from). Other than that it was great for our family ski trip.

Noisy if you sleep with windows open

Pablo was fantastic. Location is great. If you sleep with windows open it’s very noisy with garbage and delivery trucks early in the morning, 4-7am. Maybe it was a good thing we couldn’t get all of the windows to actually open/don’t work.

Confusing parking/check in

The host gave us an incorrect code for the garage…and disagreed with me when I called it to his attention. Actually, it was wrong in 2 ways! He also didn’t give us the correct parking space info. Twice. The unit is old and dated and some things need to be repaired. But it is a very spacious unit and super well located. Unfortunately, it’s also potentially noisy, if you like your windows open. Neighbors partied on their balcony till well last 2am. And then commercial vehicles (garbage trucks?) came by at 3am and 6am, using their back-up beeper alarms (for no possible reason at that hour). Disappointing nights’ sleep, on a nice bed. A mixed bag on this one.

Not quite what we thought

We visit Vail several times per year during ski season. I was very disappointed with this VRBO. The listing shows it has a washer & dryer in the unit. It has a coin operated FACILITY in the garage. Vrbo has an option to list your unit with a laundry facility- if this unit did have washer & dryer- then it was in the locked closet in the living area. The unit was not ready on our arrival, the parking wasn’t available on arrival. I’m not sure the unit was fully cleaned when we checked in. There are massive amounts of mold in the main bathroom shower. The tile on the walls were dirty in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are very very small. The cabinets in the kitchen do not close. The furniture in the bedrooms were in horrible condition, inoperable drawers, etc. Unfortunately, The accommodation was just not worth what we paid. I would not have rented it had it been listed accurately. Delivery trucks enter the drive to the parking garage, which is directly under the bedroom windows, beginning around 4:30-5:00 am EVERY SINGLE DAY. The trucks back into the drive beeping, unload their product to a smaller truck & this takes place until around 8:30am. The only positive thing is that it is fairly close to the lift.

No communication with properly manager

We arrived snd the code for the garage entry wasn’t working, I called the property manager to get help. There was no answer and I left a frantic message that I couldn’t access the garage and still haven’t hear from him. Not a great introduction to the property in the pouring rain. We eventually figured out that another code worked but it was not the one given to us to access the garage.

Very convenient location near Vail town centet

A dated condo in the heart of Vail. The bathrooms and kitchen are tiny. Underground parking is a nice perk. The property manager is very good to work with.
