Winter offer: suitable for winter sports of all kinds, indoor swimming pool, curling. Easy access to the lifts of Kitzbühel and Jochberg (ski bus 3 min. On foot). Ski resorts of Kitzbühel and Jochberg are interconnected.
Summer offer: Golf, hiking, tennis, horseback riding, swimming in the beautiful forest swimming pool or in the beautiful Schwarzsee (6 km). Excursions to the nearby zoo and a wide range of outdoor activities from hang gliding, paragliding, climbing and much more ....

Ground floor: Spacious living room with brick tiled stove, kitchen with large dining area, large wardrobe / ski locker, guest toilet. Large terrace with mountain panorama.
1st floor: 5 rooms, 4 BZ .: 2 DZ. with en suite bathroom, 1 triple room with shower. Ensuite, 1 double room with washbasin, a bunk room for 4 persons, 1 large bathroom, 1 sep. WC.
In summer, you can book the house for several weeks at a monthly price after agreement.

Excellent place close to ski/snowboard slopes

We rented this house for four families with children. The house was in excellent condition. Nice bedrooms and big area for gathering together. Located just 5 minutes by car (or can take a bus if necessary) from the nearest ski lift. Franziska is a very friendly and responsive host.It was one of the best trips for our group.

spacious house traditional style

Wij verbleven hier van 17-24 februari 2024 met 13 volwassenen. Het huis is traditioneel, zeer ruim met veel slaapkamers. De slaapkamer met stapelbedden is echter op kinderen berekend, dus niet echt geschikt voor volwassenen. We hebben de matrassen maar op de grond gelegd. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse (Franziska) en we konden al eerder dan aangegeven in het huis. Alles ruim voorhanden. Veel borden, koppen, bestek en pannen. Skibus op 5 minuten lopen. De grote tafel voor 14 personen was voor ons erg belangrijk. Hier speelt de vakantie zich voornamelijk af. Prima skihok ook, waar alle schoenen en ski's keurig konden drogen. Prima skigebied. Het huis ligt tussen Jochberg en Kitzbuhel dat met elkaar verbonden is, dus ruime keuze aan pistes. Zeker aan te raden!
