A Comfortable country home with extensive garden, art gallery and studio. just above the National Totara Reserve. 360 views across to the Ruahine range and down the Pohangina river. 35 mins to Palmerston North.
Double rooms with own ensuites. Steve and I welcome guests and you can join us or be a private as you like in your own formal lounge with an open fire.
We can arrange guides for fishing in the Pohangina River, catch your own trout. Go hunting for deer with a local. Or take one of the many signed walking tracks. Maybe just relax by the open fire with a glass of your desired drink.
We are 3km from the very popular Country road driving route, 1.5km from walking tracks. The towering Totara trees are just a short 1.5km walk away.
Our property is not suitable for children.
We have dogs and cattle who share the outdoor 12 acres with an aging alpaca.
Our living is relaxed and we welcome you to our home and we can provide packed lunches and evening dining.
