Experience the peace and tranquility of our exclusive location in the cooler highlands of Jaramillo on the mountain slopes opposite Volcan Baru, the highest point in Panama. Nestled in 2.5 acres of manicured gardens and orchards, bordered on either side by streams and cloud forest, Vista Volcan is only 10 minutes by car from the hustle, bustle and noise of downtown Boquete. Relax and enjoy the spectacular views from all our four luxurious rooms and fall asleep to the sounds of the rainforest.

This Cottage is separate to the main house in the garden directly above the rainforest with a private entrance, a spacious, airy bedroom, King sized bed, luxury pillow-top mattress, high thread count bed linens, choice of pillows, seating and desk area, en-suite bath and shower room with vanity unit, hair dryer, bathrobes on request, luxurious towels, and toiletries.

The fully equipped and spacious kitchen-diner/lounge area includes: dining table and chairs, a fridge freezer, gas stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, flatware, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The lounge area has a sofa. The Cottage benefits from ceiling fans and free fibre optic broadband wifi throughout. There are stunning far reaching views from all the windows.

The Cottage is one of 4 rooms at the property: There is another self contained apartment with kitchen and 2 en-suite self contained rooms, one king and one queen. At 4,200ft (1,280m), the temperature averages 70 degrees Fahrenheit by day and 60 by night, so you will enjoy relaxing warmth by day and a great night's sleep. Rain is predictable, and all guests are provided with umbrellas and we have a good selection of board games!

Fantastic

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The tub was wonderful, the bed was as comfy as our own at home and the garden is magnificent. The location is mere minutes to downtown Boquete. I enjoyed cooking breakfast, since the kitchen was so well equipt. The hosts are fantastic, friendly, fun, informative, and just really neat people. The pictures cannot capture the beauty of this place. We will be back, and have no desire to stay anywhere else ever.

Enjoy a Bath as well as Peace and Quiet

Staying at Vista Volcan was a wonderful experience. We wanted to check out Boquete and staying here was a great home base as we had peace and tranquility while still being very close to town. Peter, the host, was an excellent communicator and literally gave us picture by picture driving directions, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The bed was very comfortable, firm yet not too hard… perfect for sleeping well. The hot water is plentiful and with explicit directions from Peter I enjoyed a lovely deep soaking bath. If you stay you MUST enjoy a bath, it was a highlight for sure.

Picturesque

Cottage was lovely with modern conveniences. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing one. Although we chose not to cook during our visit, kitchen was appropriately supplied. Peter was very thorough with directions and during the check in process. He made an extra effort to ensure that our stay at the cottage and Boquete was extraordinary. He check in on us during our visit and suggested restaurants and activities in the local area.

Charming cottage with outstanding views

My husband and I had a relaxing stay in this beautifully appointed cottage high in the hills of Boquete. Peter was a wonderful host and his property is beyond beautiful with views that take your breath away. Convenient location just a short drive to downtown Boquete - we truly hope to make it back again someday.
