Perfect house for our crew. Loved how it was decorated. The pool was lovely as well. We were there mid August - definitely no need for us to have it heated. To the touch the water felt hot, but was pleasant to be in, and we spent a lot of time in there. Honestly the pool was our favorite part of the trip! Smaller than pictured, but plenty big enough to float and hang out!Plenty of abandoned pool toys/floats/kickboards in the pool storage when we were there (might not always be), so it was perfect for our tween/teens. Access to beach was easy. Chair rental available through 3rd party at Frangista beach at the private access, but consider renting in advance if you want to take advantage as it wasn’t available for us for 48 hours when we looked. We ended up at the ADA beach down by pompano Joe’s for our elderly crew. We were able to rent chairs on the spot there.Food recs: Lost Pizza Co, Beignets & Brews, and Okaloosa Donuts. Also recommend the Whataburger family pack off you’re feeding a crowd. Very convenient!Overall a great house and experience. Very conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at this house from August27th to August 30th with a group of friends and overall we had a great experience. The house was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped, and we really enjoyed the pool. The king-size bedrooms were very comfortable, and everyone who slept in those rooms had a good night's sleep. The only issue was the room with the six beds. The mattresses were comfortable, but the bed frames were extremely noisy. Even the smallest movement caused them to creak, which made it difficult to sleep. Another thing to mention is that the listing says the house has eight bedrooms, but it actually has seven private bedrooms. The area with the bunk beds is an open space, not a separate bedroom. This caused some inconvenience because I had promised one of my friends that she would have a private room, and she was disappointed when we realized it was an open area instead. Also, the walk to the beach was much longer than advertised. It was listed as a 6-minute walk, but it took us almost 20 minutes to get there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the house and its amenities. With a more accurate description of the bedroom layout and the walking distance to the beach, future guests would have a better idea of what to expect.

Friends Group Getaway

Summer vacation

We had a great time at this rental property. This was our first time vacationing in Florida and the pool made the hot days cooler! Property has everything thats needed for a more than comfortable stay.

We love the Snazzy Cocot

We have rented this property 2 years in a row for our family vacation. It is beautiful meets all of our needs. Convenient to the beach and local shops. The owners are wonderful and have addressed all my crazy questions in record time.

Annual family vacation

Had a great time! There were 17 of us all ages! Grandparents, kids and grandchildren… we had plenty of room and loved the pool area. Property management was very responsive! Only had a very minor issue!

Perfect Stay!

This property was perfect for our family! We had a total of 14 guests… Evenly divided between adults, children and grandchildren. The home was immaculate, everything was in order… We could not have asked for anything more! Ryan and team were very responsive each time we called… Delivering exceptional customer service! The golf cart was an excellent touch… And we all look forward to staying here again in the future!

Fabulous week!

We had a fabulous week in Destin! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for our large group to spread out. The provided golf cart made getting to the beach and other nearby places easy. The only con was the beds. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, we had no complaints!

2nd Year in a Row!

We stayed here last summer as well. Our party of 18 had a blast! The home is spotless… And the decor is perfect. Very private pool and tons of room to play! We have been to Destin over 15 times… And this is by far our favorite accommodation! Great communication and support! Ryan made two personal/same day visits to resolve minor issues. Made “raving fans” out of us!

Fantastic Beach House.

House was very well up kept, it appears some recent upgrades were done across the home. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, previous reviews acted as if this was an issue, property management assured us they had all new cleaning crews for the home, can confirm they are doing a great job. House is towards the front of the community, so very convenient to get in and out of the neighborhood. The pool was a must, we didn't want to go to the beach everyday and the pool was a more convenient and relaxing experience in between beach days. Definitely intend to return, sooner than later. Thanks for the great stay.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. One suggestion would be that they stock plastic cups to take out to the pool. The golf cart was a great addition and everyone loved it. The only problem was the water never really got hot enough in the kitchen and water pressure was low. Overall it was a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

Grizzell Destin vacation

Overall it was a beautiful home and we would rent again! Pool was small but kids enjoyed it everyday but one! Floors and rugs may have been rushed before we came in! They weren’t very clean! I would suggest a dust pan so when renters clean up they have an easy way to sweep up! Lots of room for big families!

Property manager and staff on top of everything

Our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect with a nice walk to the beach. It wasn’t too long for the kids in our group. Private beach access was lovely too. The property manager was very communicative. Although their office closet after 5 pm, when the hvac went down, we reached out to the emergency phone number and had a staff member come out at 10 pm. It was reassuring. They also had an hvac company back on site the following morning for a full fix. The listing has 8 roof old but I’d say 7 rooms for couples and children to adults (non couples) could fill the other sleeping spaces . The location was very clean and quiet as well.

Distance to the beach

Were never able to get our Bracelets. Every time we went, there were no attendants, and it is not a short distance to walk with small Children’s. We ended up driving to the Beach and finding parking space is a hassle. There should be a more convenient way to pre registering your guest and have the bracelets available on their arrival.

The Perfect House

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My family has stayed up and down the coast for years and this was the best as far as location and amenities we have a found! There are 19 of us and each person had their own place and no one felt like they were on top of each other. We chose to have the pool heated and it was absolutely perfect! The golf cart was a blast and so easy to drop people off at the beach. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is located very close to CVS and Walmart. I even had groceries delivered from Walmart that made our stay even easier. I had to contact Ryan a few times and within minutes he texted back. I can’t speak more highly of this place!
