A luxury duplex penthouse in Lomas de Cabo Roig, Costa Blanca South. The apartment (built 2007) is located within the famous Royal Park Spa Resort - a gated residential complex boasting a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, ample sun-bathing areas plus a state of the art Spa + Wellness centre complete with a fitted gym with weight and cardio machines, changing facilities, relaxation zones, heat treatment beds, an 'Amazon shower', sauna, steam room and a modern indoor hydro jet pool - luxury at its finest! The sea is only 1000m away and has excellent beaches, cliff walks, a new commercial center with all services and supermarkets is located nearby. This is the place to return to time and time again. 40 minutes drive from Murcia and 45 Minutes from Alicante airports. This apartment is a 2 minute drive from the Cabo Roig strip and 5 minutes drive to the beach
