Spacious house on Lake Erie. Dunnville is nearby for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and property large enough for outdoor games. We all enjoyed our stay.
We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described. Everything was spotless, well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guest. The host was responsive and welcoming.

The comment above is incomplete but we believe that the guest's comment is intended to reference the internal temperature in the cottage. The week that she stayed with us was unusually warm. We conducted significant maintenance and upgrade work on our air condition system after the guest checked-out, and we have not received any further complaints from our guests regarding the internal air temperature in the cottage. It should be noted that we made a damage claim against the guest, and the guest expressed dissatisfaction with the claim and responsibility for the damage.
We came to escape the city and found comfort at the lake house. Pool and hot tub temperatures were similar to YMCA (hot). Outdoor fire pit overlooking the water was gorgeous. And the trip to Dunnville was nice to be close by.
Tips to future renters: bring bug spray, mosquito repellant, and a good attitude towards bugs if you are renting in peak season like we were.
Overall I would stay again.
Family scattered in NY, VT, OH, and FL makes this summer gathering very special. The house and grounds were perfect for us, pool, hot tub, firepit. The lakeshore was beautiful as well and enjoyed by all. The house itself all owed for both privacy and social time. Thank you for a great week! ( I especially appreciated the quick responses if we had a need to communicate with management.)
We enjoyed our stay- the space was nice and the rooms are well positioned. Bathrooms are very nice and modern. The kitchen was the centerpiece with nice views. Pool area was very nice- full spa experience. The kitchen chairs are old, broken and needs replacing. The door handles to the back area are also broken. No soap in bathrooms is inconvenient and the wind was very strong on Lake Erie- not ideal for enjoying lakefront. The windows on the outside were caked with flies and spiders - windows need to be cleaned on the outside. The house itself was nice and spacious.
This place is even better than the photos and description. From spotless, well equiped house to the beautiful landscaping and flowers this place was 1st class.
