The apartment 3 object no. 759732 for is located on the ground floor of the private Vila Monte Luz, which is located directly on the sandy beach 'Praia Grande' in the sea bay of Ferragudo.

Two separate smaller apartments for 2 people (plus 1 child) object no. 5337954 and for 4 people (2 adults and 2 young people) object no. 759758 are also available here.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with salon, CD radio and internal satellite TV. The apartment 3 has three double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes, two modern bathrooms with shower / toilet, sun terraces with loungers, tables and chairs, a large clear freshwater swimming pool with counterflow system and wide, fantastic sea views. A practical, shared barbecue area as a BBQ is located below the pool. Here you will feel comfortable and spend a wonderful vacation.

From the pool and the sun terraces, you have a panoramic view over the beach and sea and over the bay of Ferragudo to the marina of Praia da Rocha. And the old Sao Joao do Arade Castle is your direct neighbor. The sandy beach of Praia Grande with its good localities is right on the doorstep and the romantic town center of Ferragudo is only a short walk away. Here you will find everything you need for everyday needs, as well as other local restaurants and good restaurants. The unique location of our three apartments thus offers something very special for every vacationer.

Apartment 3 in Vila Monte Luz is located on the outskirts of old Ferragudo and opposite the historic Castelo Sao Joao do Arade directly on the fine sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The vast natural bay 'Praia Grande' with its extensive sandy beach is well protected by the offshore breakwater. There are two local restaurants and two popular beach bars on the beach, as well as many sports facilities. An attractive children's playground is just below on the sea beach - from the pool or from the restaurant terrace the 'little ones' can be wonderfully watched and are safely occupied and accommodated there.

Ferragudo itself is an old fishing village with enchanted alleys and old buildings in the typical Algarve style. A short walk takes you from your apartment to the market square with cafes and shops and on to the small harbor with its fish restaurants and bars.

On the other side of the bay is the lively city of Portimao and Praia da Rocha with its attractive marina, promenade and many shops, where numerous restaurants, bars and night clubs not only 'go out of business' at night. In the season you can comfortably take the water taxi from Ferragudo from e.g. B. sail to the pier of the new marina. From there you can continue shopping .....

There are enough tourist attractions. In addition to the well-known golf courses - the tennis center - the great water park 'Slide & Splash' - the new marina - the many water sports such as fishing, snorkeling, diving, swimming, surfing, jet skiing, sailing, motor boating, banana boating, water skiing - and many, many excursions by water and on land right in the neighborhood ....
