An excellent spot to stay & relax.

A great property to stay at and as listed. However, just need to be aware that Cell/Phone reception is weak.

Best Yet

We have stayed at Legacy Villas every year since 2013. This was the nicest of all the properties in that period.

Great place - we will be back!

Wonderful condo experience. It was our first time at the Legacy Villas and we will be back. Exceptional level of communication with both the owner and manager when we had small problems that needed to be addressed. Highly recommend!

Nice and comfy

This was a very nice, very comfy, very clean unit with a beautiful mountain view over a large fountain. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning with my coffee, listening to the fountain and gazing at the view. It was in a quiet area, never heard any noise from any neighbors.

Basic accommodations not luxury as listed. AC vent was broken in one of the bedrooms. WiFi stopped working on last day of stay. Door password didn't work at check in. Carpet can use some serious carpet cleaning. Not enough of dishes and utensils. Old furniture and appliances with visible wear.

We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We take comments like yours seriously. Regarding to Entry access, you acknowledge that we were able to get you right into your home with little or no delay due to our highly responsive phone and text availability. The lock just needed a battery replacement. The Wifi issue was very brief and due to a Spectrum upgrade that affected the entire area. We actively work with our provider to ensure consistent reliability. We have addressed the A/C vent concern which was not broken, only needed to have the position adjusted. We continuously evaluate inventory levels and condition to ensure they meet guest expectations. You did not mention any missing items, but we want to note that our team is always available during a guest’s stay to promptly address concerns, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve these items in real time 7 days a week. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue to make improvements, and we appreciate you bringing these points to our attention.

Beautiful Place

Our stay was wonderful and we were so pleased with the beautiful condominium. It was spacious and spread out. It's located in a great area. I thought I was booking in the La Quinta Resort where I normally stay. At first I was disappointed that I wasn't staying there but that only lasted about an 1/2 hour. I will always stay at the Legacy Villas now. It's new clean pretty quiet. We can't wait to go back! My daughters and I loved it.
