Salt and Sand Escape is ideally located on a quiet in the east end of town, while still keeping you close enough for a walk to the shops or beach.

This magnificent home features loads of room and countless amenities, perfect for larger families and groups that want the best of both worlds when it comes to comfort and affordability.

Everything has been considered and catered for larger groups, so you certainly won't feel like sardines in this home! The dining area has a massive 10-seater dining table, positioned next to the breakfast bar with an additional 4 seats. The lounge features a large u-shaped couch plus two additional armchairs making movie night or kicking back watching the cricket after a big morning at the beach enjoyable for all!

That’s not all, Salt & Sand Escape is also decked out with modern fittings such as a Smart TV in the main living area with Netflix and WIFI throughout the home.

Well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable bedding and large bathrooms, one featuring a spa bath and the second one featuring a large corner bath!

If there wasn't enough space inside then there's even more outside, with a covered alfresco with BBQ and seating. Plus, a fully secure backyard, which is ideal for small kids to play safely in.

And if you like your toys - jet skies, motorbike, boats etc. there is a lockable garage to keep them safe.

Great Family Stay

What a great place to stay. Heaps of amenities on the property. Great communication with property manager / Owners. One of the power RCD's failed when we arrived at the property. Contacted the property manager straight way and the owner had an electrician out there within an hour fixing the issue the day before xmas. The outside entertaining area was perfect for BBQ during the hot days. Nice neighborhood. kids friendly. Would book again for friends and family stay.

Overall quite dirty. Table on the Alfresco was too dirty to sit at with spider webs all over the table and chairs. Lots of dust and spider webs around the house. Lacking a lot of basics in the panty etc.
