I rent 1 bedroom / large suite w / double bed, closets, office, TV, air conditioning, balcony and private bathroom. Rights of use: kitchen, pantry, laundry, swimming pool, barbecue, parking, kennel (your dog will be welcome, c / lodging courtesy). Residence is in a gated condominium with security, 10 minutes by car from Recreio, Pontal and Prainha beaches, 10 minutes from Shopping Malls Recreio and Americas, 5 m from BRT Pontal station, 15 min from Chico Mendes Ecological Park, 5 min from Vargem Grande Gastronomic Center .

Preferably for couple.
