Spend a wonderful vacation in our updated clean and comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home located in the heart of Ocean Beach, conveniently located to both town and the beach. Our home has all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Our updated home is equipped with central A/C, new bedding, linens, towels and more! Open floor plan, light and bright, decorated beautifully, with special touches throughout. Large sectional couch in living room, beautiful state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, wine refrigerator, and all the utensils and cookware needed for a comfortable stay. Three flat screen TVs, Smart TV, DVD library, board games, high speed internet and DirectTV cable. There is even a cozy second living room downstairs which is a great spot to curl up and read a book or to send the kids/teenagers downstairs to watch a movie.

The large mahogany deck has a dining table, chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs for relaxing, and a BBQ. The roomy outdoor shower and 2 foot washes make it easy to clean off after a sunny day at the beach. This home is fully equipped with all beach necessities, including good quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach cart, wagon, bikes and even beach toys for the little ones!

Bedrooms all include new linens and plenty of extra sheets, towels, pillows and blankets to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. A washer and dryer are in the home with detergent provided for your convenience. Rest assured that the house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

Weekly rentals generally run Monday-Sunday but inquire within for the dates that you need. Check in times vary so check your lease agreement. We offer discounts during pre and post season. Feel free to email for any booking requests that are different that posted weekly times. We do our best to accommodate!

Things to Know: This home is only accessible by ferry; has a 30+ year old minimum age requirement. Families are welcome. We rent to families and can not accommodate large adult groups. There are strict good neighbor and noise policies for this home. No parties, large groups, events/parties or share houses are allowed at any time. The house can not accommodate large groups of adults since there are some twin/bunk beds so please do not submit a request for large adult gatherings. No smoking and small well-trained pets considered are a case by case basis with extra cleaning fee and security deposit.
