The Condo was roomy , clean, and quiet. The views from the balcony were breath taking. Location was perfect , easy to catch a trolley or walk to everything. Our host was great to communicate with and easy to work with. Wonderful stay.

Great week on Clearwater Beach

We had a great stay in this condo! Plenty of room for five adults and 1 child and was updated nicely! Close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants and the beach was not too busy!

Awesome stay

We went as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the stay ! The appartment is fantastic, close to the beach, communal heated pool in the back, shops and restaurants in walking distance. The check in was easy and all instruction clear. We can highly recommend this property !

The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys. There is no beach chair service at the beach so having that available was nice. We did not have to bring our own chairs and umbrella. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were sealed so no bed bugs. We always check any where we stay. The kitchen had everything you would expect in a kitchen. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was nice to wash bathing suits and towels. The beach view was great. Being on the third floor you can see right over the small dune and see the beach and water.The beach was not very crowded even though there was public beach access next to the building. Would we stay there again? YES!

This location was perfect for our annual getaway. The balcony overlooking the beach was a great way to start and end the day. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were walking distance and the condo gave us plenty of room to spread out. Dan was a fantastic host and quick to respond whenever we reached out. We look forward to coming back next year.

Really enjoyed it!!

Great place for a family vacation. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a beach stay. Location is perfect, not in the middle of the beach but within minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier. Totally recommended!!
