The Farm House has five bedrooms and sleeps up to fourteen in total (sixteen is possible). The huge living area has air-conditioning, open fire and large 10 seater dining table. A separate rumpus room with additional TV + Netflix + Xbox
There are four bathrooms, laundry with washing machine + dryer, games room with table tennis table, dart board and air hockey. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & oven, pots and pans, espresso machine, milk frother, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Plus TV, Free-to-air, Netflix, Stan, Disney+ DVD, Bose Bluetooth speaker. Linen and towels are also supplied.
There is a swimming pool, large trampoline, outdoor fire areas, various outdoor furniture settings, outdoor pizza oven and gas and charcoal BBQ.
Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed or 2 King single beds

We are available to help and show how to feed the very hungry black angus cows (5) and ponies (2) and horses (2). The alpacas (4) aren’t as social as the other animals but you can still go in to their paddock and learn how to feed.
