We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. It was very well stocked and great to relax with such nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It is in a terrific location as we walked downtown and back with it being close to Water and George Streets. Rob was great to deal with as he answered back so promptly any questions that I had.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It is beautiful, well maintained and within easy walking distance to downtown and the harbour. Communication with Rob was always quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St John’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property, with a fantastic location, walking distance to downtown St. John’s (Water St, George St, and the harbour). Close to delicious restaurants, and shopping. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out or be together and the super comfy sofa on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were VERY comfortable!

Lovely spacious home in a perfect location. Couch was amazing. Tons of glasses and supplies. Enjoyed sitting on the outdoor furniture in the backyard. Within walking distance to downtown and central to all points of interest, but a quiet street. Would definitely recommend.

Well appointed home with an excellent sectional sofa so that you can actually be comfortable and have a conversation with each other. So many places have lousy furniture but Rob’s home had very decent furniture and was really nicely and personally decorated. He provided a sweet treat for us (yummy cookies) and we felt appreciated. Rob was very responsive and was very quick to respond to my messages.Good location so that you can walk to a grocery store, the downtown, harbour area etc.
