Upstairs features a full main bathroom and three thoughtfully designed bedrooms The spacious 15X12 primary suite features a king sized bed with a new mattress, walk-in closet, ensuite, and scenic view of Signal Hill. The second bedroom offers a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and new mattress, while the third bedroom includes a comfortable double/full bed with a new mattress.
Recently installed mini-split provides efficient air conditioning and heating to maximize your comfort all year round.
On street parking is available with parking permit and additional parking permits can be provided upon request.

We loved the neighbourhood and the convenient location. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well stocked and our host was really attentive from the time of booking.
Our second stay in this house and it was as good or better than our last stay! Rob is an excellent host, with a lovely clean and well appointed property steps from downtown St. John's. Laundry was a breeze during our extended stay with a well stocked washer/dryer machine. The bedrooms are well appointed, comfortable and very clean.Contact with Rob is extrememly easy and he is very quick responding to any questions you may have.We'll be back!
Great location. The host was super-responsive (although we had no issues whatsoever). Very clean, the beds and bedding were excellent. Loved the thoughtful little touches, and kitchen had everything, much appreciated!

House was clean and well equipped with everything we could need for the time we were there. It was located in a perfect location for touring St Johns and the Avalon area. Rob was very easy to get a hold of and always friendly. We’d highly recommend this house to anyone staying in St Johns.
Very clean and well stocked home. Rob was an excellent host and always available when we had questions. The house is in a neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from downtown St John’s. There are some hills when walking but they are manageable. Overall a great home base for exploring the area.
We booked with Rob for accommodations during the Canada Games. The location was perfect - close to downtown and close to MUN and all of the tourist attractions. Rob attended to small details - he even had a water cooler of filtered water that was a pleasant surprise to fill your water bottle. The beds were comfy and no noise from outside. We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook in a heartbeat.

Its open concept incorporates a very functional kitchen including a center island with a dishwasher and concrete countertops. Past the kitchen you will find the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads out to a fenced yard with a seasonal barbeque and patio sectional.
Upstairs features a main bathroom and three bedrooms with a spacious 15X12 master bedroom with an ensuite, king sized bed, walk-in closet, and a scenic view of signal hill. The second bedroom is a nice and cozy room with a double/full bed and brand new Endy mattress. The third bedroom is nice and cozy room with a queen bed.
