Easy check-in/out. Host was incredibly nice and fast at responding! The only slight complaint we had was the bed was extremely firm, pillows not comfortable and the toilet paper could be much better. Other than that, the location was great, many restaurants around. Very fun spot and parking was a plus!

Such a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. You can tell they really care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing! Parking was easy to find and safe. The ability to walk right down to Cherokee street was really convenient. Also the kitchen is great fully stocked with everything you need! Super cool sky light in the kitchen space too

Absolutely stunning property! Looked just like the pictures. Clean, spacious, and included exactly what was needed. Great location as well. The host was pretty straightforward about house rules and let us know anything we needed during our stay could be handled by the property manager a couple doors down. Overall great stay!

The property was as described: clean, spacious, modern, and elegant. I was pleasantly surprised with the two big screen TVs which provided access to the major streaming channels. Although we did not cook anything during our stay, I noticed sufficient utensils to prepare meals. I was disappointed that I did not get an opportunity to spend more time on Cherokee Street to visit the many shops on the strip. I would recommend, however, that covering is placed over the top window over the entry door because in the morning, the day light shines brightly through the window, which can disrupt the sleep for one who requires complete darkness. Also, the demarcation of the parking spaces should be more clearly delineated to prevent confusion of the designated parking spaces.

Overall, this was a decent place and worked fine for our stay, but a few updates would make it much more comfortable and polished.Parking was a little challenging to find at first since it is located behind the building down a very narrow, one-car-width alley. The apartment itself was clean and functional, but the seating area could be improved with a more comfortable couch and a better setup for relaxing. The bed was also quite small and uncomfortable—especially if you are used to sleeping in a king-size bed.A few maintenance and amenity details stood out as well. The bedroom floor was bubbling/lifting in some areas, and the shower setup was confusing; a standard showerhead would honestly have been much easier to use. The kitchen had the basics, but the dishes and items felt fairly mismatched, almost like extra items from someone’s home rather than a thoughtfully stocked rental. A Keurig or Nespresso machine would also have been a nice upgrade over the standard coffee maker.Nothing was a major issue, and it was an overall decent stay, but with a few comfort updates and small improvements, this could be a much nicer rental.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I took a mini vacay to St Louis for a weekend and stayed at this lovely home. Location is very close to downtown activities. The owners were helpful with check in and any questions we had. Would stay here again!
