The views are amazing from this 1st floor condo located just above the pool deck. A great condo to take in the great beach views and also keep an eye on the kids at the pool! Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a new full over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
