Muito bom

O apartamento é como descrito no anúncio. Limpo e aconchegante. Seu Nelson e esposa muito atenciosos. A única dificuldade foi na entrada e saída do automóvel pois toda a portaria é eletrônica e não há porteiro, tem que ficar interfonando pra central tanto pra entrar como para sair com o carro além das vagas serem apertadas e difícieis de manobrar. Quem sai muito com o carro é ruim. Do resto tudo bom.

A única reclamação é com relação aos colchões que são extremamente finos e os travesseiros estão vencidos, cheirando a mofo, sendo necessário a trocas de colchão fino e travesseiros.
