Custom-made beautiful family friendly home with a stunning view of hills and valley on a 7 acres of land near Franklin with Gatlinburg View. It has 5 well-furnished bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, kitchen, conference/office area, 3-car garage, and patio. Perfect for family retreat, girls night, reflection getaway, or business meeting. Come and relax in a peaceful countryside setting of Franklin. Only 15 min to Cool Springs, 20 min to downtown Franklin, 35 minutes to downtown Nashville and 40 minutes to Nashville International airport.
This home is located in a peaceful setting in the countryside, but still close to town. Interstate-65 and Interstate-840 are less than five miles away. A public library and a public park/recreation center are just 3 miles away. The neighborhood is blessed with natural beauty. Trees, bushes, birds, and butterflies give a peaceful feeling. There are cows, donkeys, horses and goats at the neighboring farms. You can enjoy the breath taking views of wild life and the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee with Hot Air Balloon Ride, which will be remembered for life time.

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all 3 families. Lots of gathering places to relax, and play games. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the host was efficient about answering questions! It was a great place to celebrate the holiday season with family!

Fantastic home for a welcome respite

Set back away from the road surrounded by glorious trees and wildlife, this is the place to go for a non-rustic get-a-way. High ceilings, large rooms, a wraparound porch, and a kitchen built for large families, this has it all.

Eight classmates from my high school got together for a reunion at this beautiful home. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and we all enjoyed the beautiful setting from the wrap around deck and the front porch. Special touches were found in every room.

We came in town for a family wedding. This home was beautiful and had more than enough space for 10 adults. I loved the multiple floors and separate gathering spaces to enjoy our time. Would definitely rent this home again in the future. Easy access to Nashville, Brentwood and Spring Hill areas.

My entire family enjoyed the stay

Welcome message at the entrance was a nice touch that I haven't seen at any other property. Very well done. Beds were impressively comfortable. My only gripe if any, would be that the hand soap in the bathroom was watered down for some reason.

Peaceful retreat!!!!

We really enjoy our stay in the hills of Franklin, TN. I enjoyed this home so much I really want to keep this hidden gem to myself. There is plenty of natural light & beautiful scenery. The home was very clean. No maintenance issues. I wish we could've stay longer. Thank for being a wonderful host.

This beautiful home has spacious 5 fully furnished bedrooms and comfortable 4.5 bathrooms. Two bed rooms are on the main floor, two on second floor, and one is in the walkout basement. The master bedroom on the main floor has king-size bed, a rocking chair, TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and a private luxurious bathroom with dual sink vanity, tub as well as standing shower with a seat. The other bed room has queen bed and a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also on the main floor. The two rooms upstairs have queen beds and share a bathroom. The basement provides additional living space with large recreational room and fifth bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached full bathroom. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, an island and 4 bar stools, and sunny dining area. The laundry room has washer, dryers, Iron and Iron stand. TV and fireplace is in the living room, BBQ grill and outdoor furniture on the deck. A lot of parking space with a 3-car garage. You can have fun and joy on the hiking trail outside this home. This is a perfect place to relax and recharge. Come and explore the music city of Nashville and historic city of Franklin. Enjoy the view of beautiful hills while sitting in bed rooms, family room, or on the deck or patio. Imagine you and your loved ones, sitting around a fireplace, sipping a warm beverage or sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the BBQ and looking out the beautiful valley. If you are an early riser, a scenic sunrise gives you pleasure for the whole day. The mesmerizing moonlight during full moon will make your evening more romantic. Don't hesitate to bring elderly, or infants and toddlers. This house is wheelchair accessible.
