Welcome to this beautiful Home, located on a Lake with Panoramic views of the lake from each room. There is an above average pool, fireplace, large open space, immaculate Landscaping, 3 bedrooms , 2.5 baths located near Burnt store and Pine Island (near Matlacha fishing village, reminiscent of Key West) in Cape Coral, Florida . Tranquil area but close vicinity to popular Restaurants, Bars, Beaches about 10-25 minutes away, Supermarkets(Publix, McDonald’s, 711store, Mexican restaurant, Beef O’Brady’s Pub and restaurant). About 15 minutes drive to downtown north Fort Myers
BoatDock but no boat on premises, however, there are many Boat rentals companies available nearby. The pool patio has a working electric outdoor grill

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and the view was spectacular! We really enjoyed the sitting area down by the water. Carlos was so quick to respond and very helpful with all of our questions. We look forward to our next stay.

Great stay in Cape Coral

Very comfortable home in Cape Coral. King size beds were great. Great water pressure in walk in shower in the master bedroom. Wonderful view over the inground pool of the inland canal. In the evening the lights across the canal were lovely in the distance. Very friendly and safe neighbourhood, with grocery and pharmacy close by. Property manager was very responsive and flexible. All great! We would absolutely rent this property again.

Terrific water views

Comfortable house with a great layout. Beautiful water views from the house and from the expansive lanai. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our interactions with the landlord.

Outstanding Views

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Carlos couldn’t have been more accommodating. There were plenty of supplies and Carlos frequently dropped off extra bottled water. The views are beautiful. We will be back.

Horrible!

Bathroom’s we’re dirty had to buy on own cleaning supplies to clean it. half way though our stay the the plumbing went bad and when the toilets where flushed it would back up into the shower plumber told us the problem was at the street. We had to find a hotel for the remainder of our stay in Florida. The owner would not give us our money back for the days we did not stay! What kind of person is this! This is a scam do not stay here. Vrbo is no help at all In giving us support. Had to leave all our food behind. Listing also said there was a hotub and I never found it also there was no cable tv it was a Roku that you had to enter in your own account information. Also, when I called to home owner and complained about the plumbing he told me that he had been monitoring the electric and that we were using to much! He claims the pool heater was set to 80 degrees with it probably was but the pool didn’t run long enough to get to that temperature during the day. This guy is just after your money. Do not stay!

Mr Keith with all due respect, I answered and took care of every concern, first you asked who monitor the pool chemicals and pool temperature degrees, then While in the house you claimed the floors were wet and slippery and then AC not working,and clogged toilet by the two bedrooms. I have professional cleaners willing to go back if they have to. I came personally To inspect and the floor was dried and not slippery, as soon as you called for the ac I sent the technician and me personally was there . Regarding the clogged toilet I immediately sent my handy men to fix the problem immediately putting the snake and cleaned . I had quite a few reservations and did not have this time of issues and I respectfully take care of a problem and in this case I took care of many complains . the property you left it dirty ,dishwasher full of dirty dishes, beds , pool bottom objects, sofa full dog hair. Everything needed extra,extra cleaning in only one week . There is cable tv and Roku I have bill to prove and the pool was heated also electrical bill to prove.
