This house was beautiful! The pool was great, everything was clean and accurate to the pictures and was centrally located. We we only about a 30 minute drive to Sanibel Island. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house had all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. Our family had a great time and spent most of the week by the pool. We will definitely stay again!

The host great . We stayed 2 weeks. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The pool was used daily. Close to beaches and restaurants. We spent mornings and evenings on the lanai . We will definitely return again.

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful stay in this property. We had an extended family trip and enjoyed the pool, lanai and all the amenities. It was close to Ft Myers and Sanibel also.

This is a lovely house on a quiet residential area. The pool was perfect on these hot summer days. The backyard is beautifully landscaped so, you can enjoy your evenings relaxing in the lanai.

Awesome Stay!

Loved the house- Kids absolutely loved the pool. Manny was very attentive and communicated well..house was great and beds were comfortable! Couldn't ask for a better place! Will be back.

Beautiful outdoor pool area

Love that it has 2 living rooms. Spacious for the kids and teens. We loved grilling and the kids loved the pool outside.

House was comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting into the house as our code wasn’t working but within minutes Manny got us in. No problems after that.

Perfect winter break

This house had many very positive features. The neighborhood was very quiet and I really enjoyed the pool, which has a very sunny exposure yet with a great privacy fence. Everything was in good working order. I also liked the overall open layout. Just wish the weather was more cooperative! But that’s always the luck of the draw in Florida in January.

Home was nice but cleanliness was definitely an issue as kitchen was not as clean as should have been. There were two broken cabinet doors as well.In the bunk bed room there was a questionablecleanliness of bedding which had a stain of some sort. Overall served our purpose as pool area was really nice but would recommend a cleaning upgrade.

We had such an amazing stay at this home. It was so clean, well stocked, and cozy. The pool was fantastic as was communication with the owner. That master bedroom mattress was a dream and I slept better than I do at home. We fell in love with the area of Cape Coral and have already booked our return stay the same time next year. This will be our go-to home away from home.
