Alpine 7 has all the comforts of a classic Sunriver retreat, with plenty of room for family, friends, and four-legged companions to settle in and enjoy time together. Warm wood accents, a striking stone fireplace, and an open living space give the home an inviting lodge-like feel, while thoughtful amenities make it easy to relax from the moment you arrive.

The main living area is designed for gathering. Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace after a day outdoors, settle in for a quiet evening together, or gather around the dining table, with seating for eight, to share a meal and recount the day's adventures. The fully stocked kitchen keeps vacation cooking simple, whether you are preparing a hearty breakfast before heading out or an easy dinner to enjoy back at home.

A comfortable queen bedroom and full bathroom offer a convenient sleeping arrangement for guests who prefer fewer stairs.
Upstairs
The upper level includes a king ensuite with its own private bathroom, a second queen bedroom, and a cheerful bunk room that gives younger guests a space of their own. An additional full bathroom serves the upper level.

Outside, the large private deck is made for lingering. Grill dinner on the gas barbecue, gather with a glass of something cold beneath the Central Oregon sky, or slip into the private hot tub as the stars begin to appear overhead.

When you are ready to explore, three adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver's scenic pathways. Fort Rock Park, The Village at Sunriver, and miles of trails are all within easy reach, giving you plenty of ways to spend the day before returning to the comfort of Alpine 7.

And because vacations are often better when the whole family comes along, Alpine 7 is dog-friendly for up to two dogs, with an applicable fee.

Whether your days are spent biking beneath the pines, exploring Sunriver, or simply enjoying an unhurried afternoon on the deck, Alpine 7 offers a welcoming place to gather, reconnect, and make the kind of memories that bring you back year after year.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
