THE LIVING AREAS...

The living areas were designed to create an ideal space for a large group wanting to experience Key West in style. Bright colors and funky Key West décor add to the large SMART TVs and comfortable furnishings of the large living areas. In addition, there is plenty of seating for everyone, with plush sofas, chairs, and indoor dining tables. Both living room sofas pull out to Queen sleepers to accommodate extra guests. Each home also has a half bathroom off the living areas for convenience.

Both kitchens are fully-equipped with every appliance and tool needed to prepare a meal at home, that is when you're not enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options within walking distance of your front door.

THE PRIVATE SALTWATER POOLS...

The pool areas are connected via an open gate that allows your crew to pass through and mingle between the homes. Fully fenced for privacy, these pools will undoubtedly be the primary gathering places for your group. The saltwater pools can be heated in the cooler months to your liking and get equal amounts of sunshine and shade throughout the day. Comfortable chaise lounges and patio furniture on the pool's decks offer the perfect lounging options for relaxing outdoors. One of the homes has an outdoor shower near the pool for rinsing off after a swim or a day at the beach. Each home has a full outdoor dining set and a propane grill to bring the group together for happy hour or a poolside BBQ.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
