LUXURY IN OLD TOWN...
Grand home in the Historic Seaport area of Old Town Key West. Tucked behind a canopy of palms this home has a unique sense of privacy. This property offers the utmost in privacy set gated, peaceful and quiet.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

LOUNGE...
Relax by the private heated pool on a lounge chair or on one of the 2 expansive porches. Lush tropical landscaping throughout with tall palms offering generous shade to the expansive grounds.

DINE...
The cozy dining room is wrapped with earthy Dade County Pine walls and wood flooring. Dining indoors with plentiful bar seating or outside by the bbq makes for family meals together. Living area boasts plenty of indoor seating and a flat screen tv.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS....
Up to 10 people can sleep in this rare gem. There are two king bedrooms with two full ensuite baths off of the kitchen on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is made up of the primary bedroom with king bed and full en suite bath. Enjoy french doors to a large private covered porch with bird’s eye view. Also located on the 2nd floor is a full bath that is shared by the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is great for children offering a bedroom with two twin beds that convert to a king upon request, and another bedroom with a king bed.

OUTDOOR LIVING AND AMENITIES...
The Historic Seaport is in walking distance and where you will find quaint shops & restaurants just three short blocks to Duval Street and all of the attractions downtown Key West has to offer. Take a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, or grab a fishing charter.

PARKING...
Enjoy parking for up to 3 vehicles!

BEACHES...
There is a small beach called Simonton Beach 0.4 miles away. Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is located 1.4 miles away. Another small beach called South Beach is 1.1 miles away. Higgs Beach is 1.5 miles and Smathers Beach is 2 miles.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. This house is beautiful, close to everything but quiet and out of view. We were here for wedding and the house was the center of activity for drop ins, getting ready space and relaxation.

This house did not disappoint and was literally a little piece of paradise in the middle of town! Walking distance to everything and anything we wanted and needed to do. We were sad to say goodbye.

The place was clean location excellent. The house needs upgrading showers are terrible we. Had to have refrigerator fixed as well as grill No heat in house we had a few cold nights dryer broken. Some outlets not working. Etc etc not worth the money charged

We truly appreciate your kind comments about the cleanliness of the home and the excellent location — we agree the setting is one of the best parts of staying here. We also want to sincerely acknowledge the maintenance issues you experienced during your stay. While this is a historic home that does see a high volume of guests — and with that comes occasional wear — our goal is always to ensure everything is functioning properly and comfortably for our visitors. When the refrigerator door issue was reported, we immediately scheduled an appliance company and had it repaired as quickly as possible. One of the two dryers stopped working during your stay, and that unit was replaced right away. The grill burners also malfunctioned, and we promptly removed and replaced the grill entirely. We appreciate your patience as we addressed these items and apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding heat, as is common with many historic homes down here, this property does not have a traditional heating system. That said, we understand that a few cooler nights can still be uncomfortable, and we are always happy to provide extra blankets or space heaters upon request. We’re sorry that these issues impacted your experience. That is never our intention, and we’re committed to responding quickly whenever concerns arise — as we did during your stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you all the best!

I recently stayed at the Bell for one week. The guests were all over 50 years of age. We found the location to be absolutely perfect. It is close to restaurants, art shops and beaches. Everyone was able to walk to whatever interested them. The home is three levels. The manager was very responsive to any questions that I had. Strongly recommend.

Fabulous Key West House

This house is gorgeous , with a large kitchen, dining, living area. It’s tastefully decorated with Caribbean colors throughout. All the king sized beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to sit on the porches with morning coffee. This property is special for its privacy, nice heated pool, and parking for two cars. We were all sad to leave!

A hidden gem in heart of old town!

This property is amazing! Its a hidden oasis located a very short walking distance to many of the best place to go in Key West. The house was spacious, beds where very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful, and the grounds made you feel like you were on your own private island.

We all had our privacy, but yet we were together. We were able to make fantastic meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the heated pool, the beds were very comfy and the showers were lovely, as well. Only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. Absolutely a little piece of paradise.
