Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both with dual aspect windows that allow an abundance of light in, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette, ideal if you want to bring the grandparents as it offers them a private space. Once you head upstairs you will find a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the open plan kitchen meals area with enormous stone bench top and five burner chefs oven. Many other appliances are on offer at the property including, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The living areas overlook the tennis court have air conditioning as well as a slow combustion fireplace. This is a great home, don't miss this one!

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text that gives you the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this email at approximately 9am. In order for this email to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
