98 Seagull Ave - First Class Property with Stunning Sea Views

Summary:

Upstairs consists of three double bedrooms, master with ensuite as well as main bathroom, large kitchen and living area with access to the extensive front balcony.



Large paved and covered back verandah area with barbeque and outdoor setting.



Off-street parking and fully fenced enclosed yard. Downstairs features another two bedrooms, second complete kitchen, bathroom/laundry combined and lounge as well as covered entertaining area with ocean views.



**Pets negotiable upon request



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure     

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

* NO PETS unless agreed in writing

* Payment is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read and understood them, and any cancellation refunds will have the credit card fee deducted

The house was lovely and large, plenty of space, great heating, huge living area/kitchen upstairs and separate living space downstairs. The view of the waves crashing into the beach was delightful through the large wall of windows. This house would be perfect for two families (or one large extended family) as each floor was entirely self contained.

A Fantastic Property

We caught up with close friend over Easter and all 10 of us were very comfortable in the house. Great deck out the front overlooking the ocean and very comfortable appointments inside. The managing agent (Elders) were a standout too.
