COZY CABIN IN THE MOUNTAINS!

Beautiful property, 5 minutes from "El Hato de Volcan". A 2.3 hectares full of gorgeous landscaping, fruit trees and flowers. The cabin is modest, with Quira (Exotic wood) cellings. Brand new bathrooms, medium electric water heater, stove, fridge and essentials. Great for family vacation and a great place to relax and rest. Very close to David and its Intl. Airport, Its a perfect gateway.

The house is an older house which needs updating. However, the entire compound is spectacular.

The owner was very responsive to all our problems. Some were out of his control like the weather. With some updating, this will be a perfect retreat. You must have transport though.

A Very Nice Place

Overall this was an excellent choice for us. We do have the follow SUGGESTIONS to possibly improve one’s stay: 1. Have a “welcome letter” in the unit which includes the following: the wine overlook spot Septic tank/toilet paper - ok to flush Hot water/ taking a bath (4 people only, turn off water to conserve hot water, etc) Internet situation (consider providing internet- possibly charge $5 more per night) Is there TV available? If so,how to operate it (is there cable? DVD player? Movies?) Places to eat in El Volcan and surrounding area Places to visit- Barriles, Dracula (we understand one needs a reservation now - include contact details), etc Note: these were mostly suggestions given to us verbally in response to questions we asked. . A Welcome Letter would have saved time and some frustrations. Also. You might consider replacing the toaster oven and microwave. They seemed old and on their “last legs” (so to speak) We greatly enjoyed our visit and your house and grounds are lovely.

Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Bäder neu und gut. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sehr marode und unsauber. Uns hat ebenfalls nicht gefallen, dass DIREKT neben der Terrasse eine kinderreiche Familie samt deren Haustieren wohnt. Das war uns vorher nicht bekannt, hätten wir so nicht gebucht. Relaxen sehr schwierig!

Beautiful property, great location, plenty of amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! My father, husband and myself stayed. The owner was great and communication was wonderful. Juan was amazing and super helpful. Everything you needed was available and you can’t beat the location and beauty of the property. We would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

My parents built this cabin when I was a child. Now, 84 and 83 years of age, they aren´t able to spend more time in our cabin. Then I decided to rent it, and after a nice conservative facelift, its ready to welcome You and your family!!!

What makes this property unique

Peace, relaxation, silence, birds, and a far away Holstein cattle Muh!! Its the perfect spot for family reunion, and spend quality time together with a great temperature in the mountains of Panama.
