David’s home is a beautiful piece of history! He has thoughtfully left photos and information about how the property has been used through the years. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere although the free trolley stop is 1 block away. The bed is so comfortable and the home is very clean and well kept. We can’t wait to return!

This little gem in Alexandria should never have any vacancies. It is sohomie, so well decorated, so complete, you really feel at home. The proximity to the metro is about six blocks and easy walk. I highly recommend this rental and thank David for his excellent correspondence.

The loft was perfect! Very clean, well appointed, in a great location, & stocked with everything we could need. It was easy to check in and the owner had great communication with us. He had lots of fun local recommendations and books about the area. Best of all, he let us bring our dog, who loved all the walks! Thanks for a wonderful time.

We appreciate the tremendous support from David and really enjoyed the wonderfully decorated and furnished apartment. It is located in a fantastic spot in Old Town and the optional parking space is very convenient. Hidden Gem in Old Town Alexandria

Host was great and very helpful, the location was fantastic, easy walk to DC metro and dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops. Beautifully decorated and made us feel like locals! Would love to stay there again if I'm in the area.

Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary and the place was beautiful with lots to do all around us! Everything is in a perfect amount of walking distance, and if we didn’t feel like going out the house itself was a wonderful place to be. Quaint place

Decorated nicely, well stocked in all aspects. Very convenient to King Street, the main street for dining and shopping. Trolley running every 15 minutes the length of King Street was very nice!

Best Place in Old Town

I spent a long weekend recently in Alexandria and I have to say how great this place is. Perfect location for just about everything, even going into DC. Perfect for one person or two. Highly recommend this place!

Yes David was welcoming, the unit was very pretty and had everything we needed. The location was good for walking to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town. Additionally it was walking distance to the King Street Metro. We stayed mostly local and chose to UBER when leaving the area.

Old Town Fun

What an amazing little place to stay while visiting Old Town Alexandria. Really well decorated and cozy with plenty of space for us to enjoy. Incredible location for walking around old town and seeing all the amazing sites! We will definitely be returning to this place in the future!
