K-38 is one of the BEST surfing spots in all of Baja with LONG, rolling waves for some of the longest rides you'll experience. You'll feel you're right out in the waves from the condo!
PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS, groceries, and fun places and things to do within a short drive!

There is a 4 page mandatory Club Marena Agreement Form/Guest List we will email to you before arrival. Guests NEED TO FILL IT OUT and email it back to us. Then you will need to PRINT A HARDCOPY to give to the guard at the gate upon check in at Club Marena. He will check it over and upon entering you will go down just a bit past the circular to turn left near the building to space 701 LB on the left. (3rd space from the far end).There is one designated parking area which is almost directly below the condo and elevator.
Entry is level & easy. Once to the 7th floor, it is the unit to the left of the elevator. The lock box is to the right of the door. We will get you the code upon arrival.
You probably won't want to leave the complex as it is so fun, relaxing and beautiful.
But if you do, there is PLENTY to do nearby!

2) Puerto Nuevo (the BEST seafood!)
3) Horseback riding
4) Mountain and motorcycle riding in the mountains
5) Great nearby dining and clubs.

La unidad se encuentra dentro de uno de los entornos más SEGUROS, FAMILIARES y mejor cuidados de toda Baja California.
Completamente cerrado y con guardias de seguridad las 24 horas en el terreno.
Exuberantes áreas de césped para pasear a lo largo de la costa, áreas para sentarse y relajarse o hacer una barbacoa mientras disfruta de la belleza.
El área de la piscina con piscina para niños y jacuzzi tiene vista al acantilado: ¡espectaculares áreas de observación! (NOTA: los huéspedes solo tienen acceso al ÁREA DE LA PISCINA SURESTE. La piscina noroeste es solo para propietarios o inquilinos a largo plazo).
K-38 es famoso: uno de los MEJORES lugares para surfear en toda Baja con olas LARGAS y ondulantes para algunos de los paseos más largos que experimentará.
Lo mejor de todo es que es PRIVADO: no hay mucha gente, ya que no hay acceso a menos que los surfistas se alojen en el Club Marena.
Una vez en el Club Arena, se registrará con el guardia en la puerta. LUPY: Grew up in Peru and went to University in Lima and later CA.
I work with my husband in the family business, love the LORD, being a mom,
going on trips (especially Israel!), walks by the lake (Arrowhead of course!) and just spending quality time talking with my hubby and girls.
Spanish is my first language. I will always have a heart for Peruvian food and culture.

NO OTHER PLACE LIKE IT! Nowhere else SOUTH facing 7th floor unit allows you to watch the waves break sideways and great surfing at famous K-38, the best spot in Baja! DOESN'T GET THE WIND that other parts of Rosarito get!
You have amazing sunrises from the south side of the condo w/a complete wall of glass, & beautiful sunsets across the waters from the north side of the condo!
Club Marena is the SAFEST spot w/24 hr gated security & peaceful, lush grounds w/views everywhere.
It is NOT a loud party place like all the others in Rosarito, but a beautiful place to create family memories or have the most romantic getaway!
We visited CLUB MARENA and immediately fell in love with it where! We knew we had to own here- It is a slice of heaven! (We like it so much we bought the unit DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR which we also rent!)
The condo is CLEAN & very roomy and open and directly overlooks a private beach/bay known as K-38, one of the best surf spots in Baja. Truly paradise in the sun!
NO HAY OTRO LUGAR COMO ESTE sin ningún otro lugar SUR orientado al séptimo piso que le permite ver las olas romper de lado y un excelente surf en el famoso K-38, ¡el mejor lugar en Baja!
¡Tienes amaneceres increíbles desde el lado sur del condominio con una pared completa de vidrio y hermosas puestas de sol sobre las aguas desde el lado norte del condominio!
Club Marena es el lugar más seguro con seguridad privada las 24 horas y jardines tranquilos y exuberantes con vistas a todas partes.
NO es un lugar de fiesta ruidoso como todos los demás en Rosarito, sino un hermoso lugar para crear recuerdos familiares o tener la escapada más romántica.
