Clean, convenient and friendly

Great stay here at club Wyndham desert grand. Room was gorgeous and well equipped. Pool areas were clean with attentive lifeguards and pool staff. One detraction, just after check-in, was the overly aggressive time-share representative that we had to meet with in order to get our wristband room keys. We stuck to our guns with saying no to sitting through a presentation, but it was a stressful and awkward interaction. Our children stood open-mouthed in shock at her aggressive sales tactics and manipulative comments. Other than that, we would totally stay here again. Poolside service was fantastic. Prices were not insane for a simple lunch by the pool in the food was delicious! Very conveniently located within walking distance to ACV S, 711 and many other restaurants. Even though the airport is nearby, We did not feel the airplanes were an issue at all.

Spacious Unit Near the Strip

We were in town for a youth soccer tournament. The Wyndham Grand Desert was the perfect location. Just off the strip and easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. We had a spacious three bedroom unit with plenty of space for our family of five. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay and relax after busy days. Quiet and clean. Close to the strip. Staff very accommodating. Long city blocks for walking to the strip for older adults really need to drive to entertainment and restaurants or use other transportation. Resort offers a shuttle to Harrah’s only. All in all a nice resort.

Amazingly Better than expected!!

We are a family of 6 and the accommodations at this location were above and beyond!! My whole family slept comfortably and it was very convenient to access away from all the strip traffic. We will definitely be staying here from now on!! We had a blast and my kids loved our little home away from home, they even had Ps4 to check out during our stay, we look forward to our next stay! Michael was amazing with communicating and made the reservation process a breeze!! Thank you 😊

Wonderful getaway!

This was a great property, close to the strip, but far enough away to get away from the crowds. The check in process was smooth, the room was exceptionally clean, and we had a great stay. We especially liked that this is a standalone property that doesn't require walking through a smoke filled casino like most of the hotels in the area. It made for a great valentine weekend getaway. The property manager, Michael was also great. Quick response, clear instructions, and a seamless experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay at this property and work with Michael again.
