Thank you for your review. Sandpiper is a great place to stay. Guests have been coming since they were children and are now bringing their grandchildren. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment. You can book your condo up to a year in advance of your stay. When you stay in one of our properties, you have first right to book the same condo for the same week the following year if you do so before you leave. Safe travels, Bender Vacation Rentals

Great Condo

Renting through VRBO and dealing with the Property manager could not have been easier! The condo was well cleaned and was exactly as described. You are only a few steps to the ocean. If you don’t want to carry chairs and umbrellas back and forth from the beach there are chairs and umbrella’s for rent at a reasonable rate. The property is family friendly and I will definitely rent again.

Labor Day weekend is always busy at Sandpiper, but a simple call to the office will result in a parking lot check to make sure all vehicles have legitimate car passes. Please give our office a call when you are ready for your next Gulf Coast getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Julie was very cooperative when I told her about some problems. She even let me use the washer and dryer at Bender. We forgot to mention the deadbolt was not working. Other than the issues I told Julie and the deadbolt that was it.

Fall 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at the Sandpiper 1A. The Sandpiper is a great location that we've been staying at for years. This was our first time in 1A and it fit our needs very well. Our only complaint within the condo is the condition of the sofa - it is not comfortable and appears to have seen many years. That is an easy fix and would not deter us from staying in 1A in the future.
Response from VrboOwner on 27 May 2022
We're so glad you enjoyed your most recent visit to Sandpiper and Gulf Shores. Unit 1A has its own, private balcony area and the best rates of the property.

Perfect last minute getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to book this condo at the very last minute. We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and the Sandpiper complex was nice as well. My kids enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. The particular unit does not have a beach view but that wasn't a big deal to us this trip. The ladies at Bender Realty were super nice and helpful! The only bad thing about the condo was the bed in the Master bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed the condo and location!

1A is absolutely the best at Sandpiper!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sandpiper is a hidden gem. It's the best kept secret in Gulf Shores. Extremely family friendly and safe. The property is very clean and well maintained. There was someone always grilling in the evenings which was a nice option to dining out. The pool is heated which is nice when it's cooler. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and book with Bender Realty. Missy and Betty were the best!!
