Located just 1.4 miles from The Hangout, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for those who want to stay close to local favorites while enjoying a calm coastal atmosphere. Take a short walk along the communal balcony and admire the view of the landscaped pool area and the beautiful Gulf waters. Inside, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. The living area features comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a queen sized bed, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV that’s perfect for relaxed evenings after a day by the beach. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you’ll need, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. Share meals at the dining table for four or start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony as the Gulf breeze drifts in. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay.
