Best value at Magnolia Beach for a house with tons of amenities and only 2 mins to beach. This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath beach house with landscaped property, fenced backyard, large shade trees, and green grass to relax in comfort while still having a spectacular view of Old Town Lake and Magnolia Beach on the elevated deck. NO FIREWORKS OR OPEN FIRES allowed on property. The house will sleep 7 comfortably and has central AC/heat, smart TV with local channels and WIFI. Recently updated floors freshly painted inside and freshly painted new siding and trim on outside. NO SMOKING.A pet fee is charged. Only 1 small pet is allowed. Please pick up yard after your pet. Do not discard in our trashcan. Please dispose offsite. No pets on the furniture or left uncrated while unattended. Fish or other game animals must be cleaned outside and not discarded in trashcan. BIG DISCOUNTS FOR WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BOOKINGS FROM OCT-MAY. 361-484-3562 for info if needed.
