Beautiful plank tile floors throughout welcome you to the unit and are enhanced by bead-board walls, crown molding and ceiling fans in every room. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a memorable, comfortable place to vacation in style! The balcony has bar height comfy back Adirondack seating made from recycled polywood so no splinters here!

The Living Room includes a beautiful computer workstation with wireless connection; while mirrors line the living room wall providing a gorgeous panoramic ocean view for the whole family. There is comfortable seating with a swivel chaise lounge to relax in and watch a Blu-Ray on the 50” flat screen TV or create your own private reading nook.

The Kitchen has new cabinetry, stainless appliances that include an induction cooktop, granite countertops with a custom backsplash, and island for informal meals to make living easy - no matter how long you stay! There is also photo sensitive baseboard lighting in the kitchen that make those late night snacks a snap! We make your caffeine urges easy – with a drip and a Keurig available.

The Master Bedroom has a King sized Electric bed that adjusts to watch a 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player connected! USB ports are available throughout the unit to keep your electronics charged. The Spa like Master Bathroom includes granite countertops, new cabinetry, double vessel sinks and a walk-in shower with pebble rock floor. The mirror is LED lighted with a de-fogger!

With a 32” flat screen TV and DVD player your kiddos or friends can relax in either the Twin or Queen sized bed of the Guest Bedroom. The Koi vessel sink and full sized bath tub with shower capabilities help your guests feel pampered in the Guest Bathroom.

Both property and unit was as advertised! Clean, nicely decorated, GREAT VIEW, and had everything we needed. The front desk was helpful and polite when requesting info, buying bags of ice, renting chairs, or getting extra towels. Property is semi-secluded but close enough to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Also, while people were there, it didn't feel insanely busy which was a huge plus. Beach and the access to it were awesome. Highly recommend!

Spotless

With everything going on we were worried about the cleaning. We shouldn't have been. The condo was absolutely spotless! So was the building. Great access to the beach and great service for chairs at the beach. We enjoyed our time there.

Amazing view!

We loved the location. It’s away from the crowds and right on the beach with full ocean views. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Management was quick to respond to a minor issue. It could not have been any better.

Generally good but unlike other rentals, there were minimal normal items, such as sugar, napkins, salt and pepper, dish washer supplies, etc. that was surprising given the distance from stores

Nice Getaway

The condo looks as pretty in person as it does in the pictures. It has a 9th floor location. The patio and living room have a great view of the ocean and beach. The living room is colorful and decorated with art glass. This condo complex is pretty secluded so you only share the beach with the other residents. The property has a Port Aransas address, but Port Aransas proper is about 8 miles away. We drove into town for meals or took the local taxi, but the kitchen is well appointed if you want to buy groceries and cook.

The condo was exceptionally clean and had every possible amenity! The unit was nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable! We loved the 24 hour ocean views! I would definitely stay here again!!!
