Surfside Beach steps away from beach 8/11-8/15; 8/22-8/28; 9/8-9/20; 10/4-10/30

Located in family-friendly Surfside Beach community, this third floor walk-up condo includes covered parking, a large pool and access to beach just a few steps across the street. Enjoy leisurely mornings on the large patio drinking coffee while watching the sun rise or nighttime cocktails listening to crashing waves. We may not be technically "beachfront" (as in right on the beach) however we are fortunate to be across the street (termed 2nd row) and have views of the ocean out to the horizon just steps to entrance to the beach. Master bedroom has a very comfortable foam queen bed with private access to the patio. 2nd bedroom features a full-size lower bunk with twin on top. The condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family of four.
Fully equipped kitchen includes 2 coffee makers (Keurig pod and drip). Tub/shower combo bathroom was updated with vanity and chair-height toilet. Condo boasts an open-plan dining and living area with access to he patio. Brightly painted walls, luxury vinyl flooring and a 43" HD flat screen Roku TV in living room. 32" ROKU TV added to master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The condo has an inviting and tranquil feel. Free internet and cable is included. Guests are advised to bring their personal sign-in codes for special streaming channels. Linens and towels are provided for each registered guest (not beach towels). A stacked washer/dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are discreetly stored in a closet for your use if needed. Laundry soap and softener provided as well.
Condo is situated between two piers... less than a mile, either way, North to the Surfside Pier finally opened and South to the Garden City Pier. The Grand Strand offers a variety of restaurants for quick grab-and-go or leisurely dining and of course entertainment in abundance. We know you have plenty of vacation rental choices here at the beach so we thank you for your interest in ours. The reviews from our guests speak for themselves.

The condo was very clean, with linens and towels and beach accessories provided which really helped lessen our load while traveling. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with everything we needed as well. The view from the balcony was great and communication with the owner, Norma, was top notch. She was available prior to, during, and even after our stay. We had a great time during our first stay in Surfside and will be back!

Nice view from the spacious balcony. Pool was refreshing. Short walk to the beach. No issues climbing stairs to 3rd floor (in process of replacing stairs on both sides). Condo was clean and had everything needed. Conch Cafe for the Calamari but tasty breakfast. Nice walk to Pizza Hyena- good food and friendly service.

Owner of the condo Joe Cicero and I have been friends since high school. Both of us are from New York (he from Queens and me from Brooklyn). Joe has been living in Santa Barbara, CA for many years and owns multiple properties there and in NY. I moved to the beach in 2017; Joe purchased this condo in Jan 2019. Since I now live in Surfside I happily agreed to oversee the renovations and rentals. Joe and I share a common goal and that is to ensure our renters have a lovely experience when staying at the beach. We achieved priority status because of the 5 star reviews received. Come see for yourself. Make the beach your happy place.

Why they chose this property

The proximity to the beach and the spectacular view of the ocean to the horizon was definitely what attracted Joe to purchase the condo.

What makes this property unique

Beach access is right across from the building (literally steps away). It has a large pool (opens Easter weekend to the end of September). Only 9 units of which only 4 normally have rentals during the season which makes for a very quiet and peaceful environment to relax.
