We had a wonderful stay at this 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in Somerville. The house was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. The kitchen was well-stocked and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved that there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location was ideal—close to the Metro and just a short trip to Central Boston and Cambridge. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and there was leftover food in the refrigerator. The parking situation was terrible, the upstairs neighbors were loud at all hours of the night. Beds were not the most comfortable and the pillows were flat

.The entrance to the apartment was very dirty, needed painting and redoing, and was deteriorating. The ceiling inside leaked, so we had to place a bowl to catch the water. Overall, the place felt old and rundown, especially from the outside.

The kitchen didn’t have glasses. There were only 5 cups for 8 people, there was only one towel for each person , the pillows were TERRIBLE, the beds were lumpy. , the cabinets in the kitchen were tacky, the bathroom s had wholes in the walls where the towel racks had pulled out of the walls.The host responded right away regarding help with the TV and air conditioner. This is a fair value for the money.

Good location but needs some work. The property had a funky smell that saturated all our clothing. The apartment was dirty, crumbs on the floor, leftover takeout containers in the fridge, no dishwasher detergent, one of the mattresses was lumpy and stained, decorative pillows had holes in them, dirty used kitchen towels were stuffed in a drawer.

Horrifying

Something has chewed a hole in the front door, there were no interior locks on any doors, all accessed by keypad. Furniture was filthy, bugs crawling across floor
