The host was excellent and very helpful in our stay. Location was in a great neighborhood as well. The Marina is very nice and secure and the boat is perfect for small groups.
We had the best time! Chad is a fantastic host! The itinerary he sent us as a guide was perfection! The yacht was comfortable and peaceful after a busy day in the city. We took advantage of the marina bath house and could not have been happier about it- safe, secure, and very very clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a change of stay- it was pretty awesome. Thanks Chad!
The host was very communicative, the yacht was in good shape, and the marina was modern and centrally located. We especially liked the proximity to the ferry, and the bath house was an important resource to leverage in order to efficiently get through showers with five people. Besides for the two bedrooms, there are plenty of unique spots to unwind and sleep, both inside and out on deck.
Marina was very peaceful. We felt safe and the facilities were great. The boat was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we would return.
This was an amazing place to stay. The view from the boat was amazing. It was close to everything in the Boston area. For example...1/8 mile to USS Constitution...1 mile to Bunker Hill.Chad the host was also treat. He communicated often, was a wealth of information and worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Basically, I couldn't recommend this boat enough.
Staying on the yacht was a fun experience for our young adult children. It was comfortable and we had the best view for the fireworks. Chad was accomadating and very attentive. Thanks for a great vacation.

He met us at the marina stored our luggage following check out next day due to a later departure gave us recommendations for things to do in the area just overall such a nice guy. The view from the marina of the Boston skyline is unbelievable! The boat was exactly as advertised. I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine with everything we needed for Coffee the morning after arrival
Awesome and unique experience. Walkable to everything. The Water Ferry was right up the street. Chad and Holly were super hands on and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!
We had a great time! The boat was as advertised, very comfortable, and the whole process was easy. Definitely recommend for a different way to see the city.
If you’re looking for a relaxing experience don’t look any further! I wish we were able to stay longer. Beautiful scenery, boat was perfect and Chad was so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Chad and Holly were amazing hosts! They sent us local recs about a week in advance of our trip and made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. We loved the boat and were very comfortable. The ferry made for a fun way to access the city never needing our car. We loved the harbor and felt very safe. The neighbors were especially friendly. I can't say enough good things about this property or our gracious hosts. Five stars!!
Chad and Holly were super helpful! The boat had plenty of space for all five of us and was a unique experience versus the same boring hotel room.
Would definitely recommend!
We had a great time--Chad was very responsive and gave us great tips for the neighborhood, and for getting around. It was tight quarters, but we loved hanging out in the harbor, especially with the full moon.
Staying on the boat was a fantastic experience. It accommodated all off us easily and we loved chilling on board. Plenty of places to go to and enjoy. Chad was great and responsive as a host making us very welcome and giving many tips on where to go and eat. I would definitely stay again.

Chad and Holley were incredible hosts, they addressed all our needs immediately. They offered us an extensive list of local restaurants that were spot on. During our stay we experienced a couple of wonderful sunrises. The marina was calming with spectacular views of Boston during the night.
