Located in Historic Georgetown (the third oldest city in South Carolina) just off of Highway 17 between Charleston and Myrtle Beach.
Enjoy walking to shops, restaurants, Harbor-walk and East Bay Park. Perfectly located for the many events in Georgetown including The Wooden Boat Show, Historic Georgetown Bridge to Bridge Run, fishing tournaments, plays at the Strand Theater and much more!
Relax on the large Charleston-Style porch after the end of a long day exploring the history of Georgetown, on Pawleys Island, or out on the Intracoastal Waterway. Boaters can take advantage of the two marinas located one block away and be in the Atlantic Ocean, Winyah Bay, or Waccamaw River within minutes.

This home in historic Georgetown did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, the kitchen is more fully stocked than my own, up to date appliances, clean and well appointed rooms throughout! This home has loads of personality and charm. Hannah is an outstanding host and communicator! Smooth and easy process from start to finish! Our family enjoyed a perfect wedding weekend in a perfect home! Would definitely stay again if the occasion arises!

Nice historic house in a great location

This house was great for eight adults over two nights in downtown Georgetown. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas were helpful when it rained during our stay. Will definitely stay again if we have 6+ people. Super location and beautiful houses all around.

Perfect house!

What a wonderful house!! So much space, so very equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen is very well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Location is fantastic! Enjoyed breakfast on the back patio and enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings.

Great base of operations walk to everything we needed , charming older home well appointed, modern bathrooms and kitchen comfortable place to crash and chill, super quiet neighborhood. In historic district and close to lots of good restaurants and front street boardwalk.

Excellent for couples or family get away

Great historic home that has been completely updated. Very comfortable for couples wanting a great little South Carolina town. Terrific places to eat, shop & visit plantations. Don't miss Hopsewee Plantation. Will be back!

We absolutely love the house and location. If you love an old historical home this is for you. We love early American History so this home was perfect. Such a perfect location with easy access to downtown Georgetown, and super easy drive down to Charleston. We already are planning on returning here several times this year. Highly recommend it to you.

Great place to gather with family

Historic House/Great Location

This historic house (c 1750) was located within walking distance to downtown Georgetown. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The addition in the back provided two living room areas that allowed for plenty of space. We would stay in this house again!
