Why they chose this property

Kleinhaus has been a labor of love. When we married back in 1999, we began a search for the perfect mountain property that took us from one end of North Georgia to the other. We saved for the purchase from our early married days and In 2010 we found this beautiful property that would become our future mountain home. Construction on Kleinhaus was complete in June 2015 and now we want to share our beautiful mountain home with you! We are set up for last minute, same day bookings! Please call for details! Please note our basement is accessible, though it is not finished. It does have a pool table and foosball table for guest use.

What makes this property unique

Our beautiful, modern rustic home has been designed with luxury and convenience in mind. Once you walk in, you will see why it's so special to us. There are Arts & Crafts accents throughout the home as showcased by our beautiful built in's, use of natural materials and styling. Don't forget a nod to the great lodges out west with rustic touches such as live edge cedar, fire killed Montana juniper on our staircase and stacked stone walls. Other natural materials such as hardwood floors, slate, travertine, and granite have also found their way into nearly every room in Kleinhaus.

All the lots in our little development are large (4-5 acres) and very private! The flow through our home is perfect for entertaining a houseful and that is exactly what we had in mind when we built it! Bring your family and friends and enjoy the long range mountain views and beautiful, wooded setting at the top of our 2,500 ft mountain. I'm sure they will inspire you as they have us.
