Great spot right by Snowmass!

We had a great stay here! You can ski almost all the way back to the property with a short walk from Snowmass. Very nice condo with easy to get to hot tub. It is tight with 8 people but definitely workable! The grill on the patio was also great for cooking after a long day on the mountain. Would stay here again!

Great place, close to lift

The place had everything we needed for a ski weekend! Great bus service and easy parking for two cars. If you're skiing and don't want to take the bus, there's a lift a short distance away. I would definitely come back for another ski weekend.

Beautiful Autumn Stay

The condo was perfect for a short stay for our family if 4. Plenty of space and a beautiful location. Had everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out. Could do with a little TLC in some areas: loose outlets behind tv in second bedroom, some light switches didn’t work right (loose fittings). Overall, good for the price range and we’d stay again.

Cozy, Comfy Condo

The condo was very cozy and comfortable in a good location. It was a good layout. . I would only suggest adding more dishes and drinking glasses. There are a lot of stairs, so if you rent this property, you better be in good shape!

Bad smell

The property is nice. Unfortunately, there was a heavy smell of gas or urine in the living room. Beds were Comfortable. Condo was in a good location. Pool is under construction. Unfortunately, We weren’t told that until the day before we were going to arrive

the property was great! very clean, and exactly as advertised.

Like the title says, the property was great, exactly as advertised. The only word of warning is that you get 2 parking passes for the condo we stayed in (19c at woodbridge), so make sure to carpool aggressively, as with an 8 person capacity, the number of cars can pile up fast, and the only option without some fancy car-shuffling every day, is a $15 / day parking pass for a lot .5 miles from the condo. Again, this isn't really a negative to the condo or management company, they were incredibly friendly and understanding (thus the 5/5), but useful information to know regardless :)

Never again

Probably worst VRBO we have stayed in. Fireplace was inoperable, lamps in master bedroom need to be replaced due to inoperability, no washer dryer, not well cleaned, heater in bathroom was falling apart, toilet seats need to be replaced, trundle bed had big lump from foam, ladder for bunk bed was unsafe. Front door jam needs replacing. Parking inadequate.

Great location and lay out but bedrooms were really hot!

The condo had a lot of nice features: very close to Base Village and grocery store, on bus route, great layout for family of four or five. But...I would recommend questioning management if they fixed the heater. We had the heater turned off the entire time and the whole condo was hot with the bedrooms being almost unbearable. The thermostat in the kids bedroom seemed to be broken and heat was always coming out of the unit. We called management and they did respond promptly. They ended up sending 2 different people over to try to fix it and neither could. They did bring a couple fans which helped us at least be able to sleep at night. Not sure if the heat was coming from another condo, but with it getting into the single digits at night, the thermostat showed at it was only 71 degrees inside with the unit turned OFF!! During the day it would get up to 76 with the temps outside only being in the low 30’s. We had to open windows and the sliding door. But the window is painted shut in the kids bedroom so their room was terribly hot. I can’t imagine what it feels like in the summer!! Like I said, I would make sure this isn’t still a problem but my suspicions are that it probably has been a problem for a while.

We're glad that you appreciated the location, our prompt response and the layout of the unit. We did find out that the heat was coming from the boiler room which is located beneath the unit. We have addressed it with the HOA & have seen improvement. It's not an issue in the summer as the heats not on. Again thanks for your feedback.

This property was clean but very uncomfortable. The whole places furniture was very out dated and all chairs were broken and sunken in when sitting. Bunk beds and pull out very uncomfortable. Not surprised for the pull out but the one bedroom with the bunkbed and single bed, all beds were uncomfortable and could feel all the wiring of the mattress. As well the property lacked enough utensil for 6-8 people, having less then that. Other than uncomfortable furniture place did the job for the weekend but probably wont be staying here again.

The property was great. Very nice

I would give this place 5 stars, but the comforters and pillow shames seem to have not been washed it quite a long time. Both had pretty bad stains on them, and smelled. We took them off the beds and did not use them. The sheets were clean though. The other thing is, the bunk room wall heater stopped working. Other then these two things, we were happy with the property.

Can not sleep 6 with broken queen sofa pullout

queen sofa needs to be replaced since you can not sleep on it (springs broken). Mgt did accommodate by providing an air mattress. Community hot tub was not working during our stay (under renovation), but we were provided access to Snowmass club. A little inconvenient since we had to walk to the main street and then catch a 10 min bus ride. The kitchen and the master suite has nicely been renovated.
