This recently renovated (2021) is light, bright, and close to Sorrento bay beach, this 4 bedroom home is exceptionally child friendly including a playhouse. Get ready for the best summer holidays, offering upstairs and downstairs living areas and an enclosed garden. The open plan living/dining/kitchen upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning and wood fire and leads to a north/west facing covered deck area for outdoor entertaining with stainless steel BBQ and setting.

The master bedroom has a king bed and semi-en-suite bathroom, with a bath, which doubles as a guest bathroom with access to the hallway. The 2nd bedroom has 2 x king single beds. The downstairs area has a rumpus room with a bunk bed, the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and laundry, opening to the back yard with a fantastic play house.

Beautiful House in Perfect Position

Our family of 5 felt so at home and settled in this beautiful, tastefully styled and relaxing home. It was a wonderful surprise to arrive to a beautiful new kitchen, which has everything you need for convenience. The upstairs deck was perfect on a very hot day, and during a torrential summer downpour. We had all our meals out there, and loved the green screen of fig tree that made it feel private. The proximity to the beach made it absolutely perfect, we would love to holiday in this lovely home again. This house was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space downstairs, or there was room for us to all be together.

Perfect family rental

The house was clean and really well appointed. Kitchen had everything we could every need. Layout was great for a family. Excellent location to beach and shops. Linen, wifi, Foxtel was provided which makes life easier. My only suggestion would be that the property is probably due for new carpet but it’s not like it was a major issue. Thank you
