Love the sound of the ocean in the morning? Want an amazing choice of overlooking the Ocean or the River on the full sized deck with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail? Then we have the holiday get away for you.

Once you arrive you can leave the car parked as you can walk to pretty much everything:

Original cottage with timber floors, living area opening onto the deck with amazing views from the master bedroom and living areas. With your own personal walking track down to the park, shops and beach you wont want to leave. When you have nature at your doorstep, you can relax and get away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city life.

Being a quiet beachside location, this is not a home for parties. It is ideally for families / couples wanting a chilled relaxed holiday.

Our neighbourhood is well established and we respect our neighbours and ask that all our guests do the same.

The property is an original cottage, so its character and charm is in a league of its own, please do not book this property expecting a luxury stay . . it is old property that is kept up to date and well maintained and that is the charm of it.

Stunning view, homey and comfortable with great retro feel. Just loved this house for our family getaway. So close to the beach and convenient to cafes but quiet as well. Absolutely loved our stay. Thank you to very helpful, friendly hosts. Would love to return.

Location retro view

Great cottage, fantastic views and location, lovely welcome hamper with great bathroom supplies and all linen and towels supplied. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants all the convenience of Kingy and whale watching. The binoculars were a great addition. 👍👍 Plus surf was great while we were there. Thanks for letting us stay.

An excellent place to stay

A change of plans from the Gold Coast hinterland necessitated by storms and power outage's after Xmas lie behind our visit to Kingscliff. It all worked very well. Somehow Kingscliff was relatively dry at the times it needed to be. The location and environment are very good. The bed squeaked a bit but was comfortable. The place is very well equipped. Only negatives are the lack of internet and limited phone signal (we knew about this in advance). There are a lot of lizards in the garden. We would go back for another stay if it was available.

Lovely view, great kitchen

If you’re in Kingscliff to be near the sea and the town, and do not mind an old fashioned cottage in need of some maintenance, then this is the place for you. We like to self cater and loved the kitchen that was excellently equipped. The only bathroom and separate toilet could do with a makeover, but the water was hot and it was adequate. There is no wifi and only one bar on our Telstra connected phones in the house but better out on the deck.
