LOCATION: Oceanfront Kona Coast/Kailua-Kona, Big Island of Hawaii, USA. 25 minutes south of the Kona International Airport, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and well known Snorkeling Beach, the Kahalu'u Beach Park just 2 blocks North.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Condominium, BLDG 5-204 two Bedrooms, two baths, second floor corner unit. This is a VERY PRIVATE unit. No building next door or parking lot outside. NON-SMOKING, NO Pets allowed. Flat screen TV and unlimited high speed wireless CABLE INTERNET MODEM with a wireless printer for your laptop to give you more time after surfing the web to enjoy KONA. Additional TV in second bedroom.

ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT, GATED: Come and enjoy Paradise in our second home. Beautiful second-floor, corner unit overlooking the ocean and the world class Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course's signature hole. From the lanai you have wonderful unobstructed views of the Kona Coast where you can enjoy watching whales in the winter and dolphin year round.

The Oceanfront Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club is located in a garden setting on 17 acres with three lighted tennis courts and a swimming pool. There are gas and charcoal grills and an outdoor picnic area.

Our Condo is our second home. The master bedroom has a KING-size bed overlooking the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with TV overlooking the golf course. A spacious dining room is adjacent to the living room. There is a large wrap-around lanai for outside dining and leisure activities where you will experience the best coastal views and sunsets.

Amazing waterfront retreat

We spent most of our time on this amazing porch - the sights were the best we saw on our entire vacation! The place was recently renovated and it was done thoughtfully and looks great.

Super Relaxing!

My daughters and I were so happy we chose to stay here - the location was centralized and just far enough away from downtown Kona to be peaceful but convenient. The waves crashing and the super comfortable beds made for wonderful nights sleep. Highly recommend!

A Little Place in Paradise

Great oceanfront condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The oceanfront location was the key selling point, and it didn’t disappoint! The unit’s middle floor location meant that we could hear our neighbors above us. The unit doesn’t have A/C but we managed to stay comfortable with the trade winds and ceiling fans.

What a lovely view we were fortunate to have every day of our stay! This private and spacious end unit and corner unit was perfect to stay out on the lanai and watch the sunset and moon set. We even saw some whales in the distance! No AC was no problem since there was a very nice ocean breeze. We loved our stay, thank you!

Magnificent!

My husband & I took his father here to celebrate his dad's 70th birthday. We loved it! On our way back home, his dad said it was probably the most wonderful place he's ever stayed in his whole life! The owners are excellent communicators if you need them. Can't wait to go back! Mahalo!!!

We loved it here

Great location for our family. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of beach and snorkeling gear. Beds were comfortable. The view off the lanai was so pretty, perfect for watching the sunset. We loved listening to the crashing waves just outside. The public bbq and pool is a few minutes walk through the property, but not a deal breaker for us. Short drive to a grocery store if needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Best of the best

Saying that this was our fourth stay in this condo with plans to return for a fifth and beyond pretty much says it all. Perfectly located, beautifully furnished, maintained and equipped, and totally comfortable, this is the best place to stay! We should know, we've been visiting the Big Island frequently over the past 35 years and prefer to stay in this condo over all of the luxury hotels and other condos we've tried.

Kona condo

Had a short but wonderful stay here! We had one issue upon check in and the owners were quick to respond and resolve it ! The view from the lanai is amazing , no better place to watch the sunsets. No a/c but that was never an issue as there is plenty of windows to get that breeze thru the unit.

Amazing views

This property exceeded our expectations! The views were simply stunning. Going to sleep and waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean was amazing! My only negative was the blender was a bit outdated for a huge smoothie drinker like me. Other than that (and that was very minor) I cannot rate it high enough. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Amazing views and ocean breezes

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to the Big Island and we will definitely be back. The lanai is spectacular overlooking the ocean. Kona town is 4.5 mile drive with snorkeling and beaches less than a mile away. We enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table at the property. It felt like a home away from home! The only negative is the unit has no A/C and it was humid while we were there so trying to get ready to go out got a little steamy at times. But sleeping with the windows open and fans on was quite comfortable. I’ll say it again - we’ll be back!

Absolutely beautiful

This place was incredible. It might literally be the nicest condo on the property -- a corner unit at the very end with unobstructed views of the black volcanic beach. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves splashing against the rocks outside. I mean, what? There's restaurants a short drive away, but you'll barely want to leave this place because it's so beautiful. Hope we can be so lucky to return to the big island and book it again someday!

Best View Ever

This corner unit has a large lanai and comfortable furniture, especially the swinging love seat. Only neighbor was an occasional golfer so the privacy was amazing. The proximity to the ocean provided the soothing crashing noise of the waves. We could sit for hours on the lanai and be entertained by dolphin sightings and more. The owner was very attentive, mahalo Morgan! We've been vacationing every year on Maui, Kauai and The Big Island for 15 years. This is one of the best condos we've stayed in and will definitely stay here again when we return! Aloha!

Heaven on earth!

My family absolutely loved this condo! We stayed for 15 nights, and hated to come back to the main land. I keep looking at my photos of the view off of the lanai and dreaming of going back. The unit is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including spices, condiments, toilet paper, etc. We just replenished some stock before we left. It was nice that we didn't have to run out to buy necessities the minute that we got there. We greatly appreciated the water shoes, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment, as it saved having to rent them. As other renters mentioned, we spent alot of time on the lanai, as the view is incredible. The cross breeze off of the water was fantastic. Loved the fresh air feel. The Surf and Racquet Club complex is beautifully landscaped, which added to the heavenly feel. We greatly appreciated the propane grills located around the property. The location is great, loved the easy access to the Keauhou Shopping Center. We took advantage of the shops, cinema and salons on several occasions.

Lovely condo in great location, panoramic ocean views. Only downside is that there is no AC & it did get quite warm a couple days without breezes. Fans in the unit are definitely helpful & not so bad when there is a nice breeze coming through. Morgan was prompt & helpful in answering questions & accommodating to needs.
