Looking for Amazing Ski In and Out, right on the Ski Hill? . . . and . . . you want a very clean, well appointed, non-smoking, fully furnished townhome with big views and lots of space - then this is it. 2,600 square feet of luxury!
The Trickle Creek Golf Course is only a few minutes drive back down the hill, and there are MANY other worthy courses in close proximity.

Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex that loves families. Townhomes here have spectacular amenities and an extraordinary location literally on the ski hill.

Secure Wi-Fi throughout unit. Privately owned 3 bedroom (4th in the basement) Sullivan Stone Lodge townhome is located on the ski run 'Main' at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, so you will be just a few steps to skiing and adjacent to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing, or, summer-time hiking and mountain biking trails.

A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive and our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.

Sullivan Stone Lodge includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout with granite kitchen counters. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.

MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, kid's bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas. There's a gas fireplace, 42in HDTV+DVD/CD surround sound system. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat several more. Outdoor balcony is covered with gas grill and outdoor dining for 4.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with many hooks plus an outdoor locked ski locker and bench.

The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (with queen sleeper), 42in TV, full size closet, desk and chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, full closet and full bath off the hallway. Washer and dryer are also on the upper level.

Lower level provides street access plus extra hooks for jackets.

Our unit is perfect for a family or small group of friends. This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever in downtown Kimberley.

Airline service is available into the airport in Cranbrook, BC (YXC) through Calgary with Westjet and Vancouver with Air Canada. Cranbrook is a 30 minute drive from the condo.

This condo far exceeded our expectations. Unlike some rentals where revenue is the only goal, this place feels special because the owners go there too. A great espresso machine, nice dishes, mitten warmers... stuff that would not be there if they were just running it for the money! We will be staying here again, I am sure.

Beautiful property!

This house was beautiful and very nicely furnished. It fit 2 families perfectly. We really enjoyed that there were 3 outdoor spaces we could use throughout different times of the day. The kids enjoyed all of the board games that were provided. The only complaint we had was that the coffee machine was too complicated for us to use and we couldn't find the manual :)

The Best in ten years of trips to Kimberley

We are a group of mature adults on a golf trip. This property had everything we had hoped for and more. The beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was a treat after 36 holes of golf, the kitchen contained everything needed to serve up a complete meal. The sleeping accommodations provided the privacy and the quietness that assured a great nights sleep. This was a great accommodation for our golf trip this summer. We had 6 golfers and we all had our own beds. Property had all the necessary amenities to make our stay a pleasure. Exceptional comfort with all the conveniences you could think of!

What a wonderful home away from away home! They really have thought of everything- by far the best vrbo we have stayed at. More than accommodated our group of 8 (4 adults, 2 teens, a 5yr old, and a toddler). The gameroom/bedroom on the lower level was a great sanctuary for the teens when they wanted to get away from the little's and the parents, but was also a great place for all the kids to hang out. The main level was a great gathering space for meals, games, relaxing and hanging out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! As myself, one teen, and the toddler don't ski, we had a great time baking and cooking for the group! We did bring our own mix master and a few baking ingredients other than that they had everything! I was very surprised as we have rented many vrbo's and I have learn't to bring my own stuff - not needed here!! The entrance to the ski hill off the kitchen was absolutely amazing!! Our group does a ski vacation every year and now we will never go back to driving back and forth to the ski hill every day!!!! What a treat to be able to pop in and out as needed for rest breaks meals ect! And as mentioned in other reviews.... the hooks!! There are hooks everywhere for all the gear - so easy to keep everyone's stuff organized and out of way! The upstairs with the master, additional bed and bath, laundry and hot tub worked great for the 4 adults. The beds are very comfy and the master is very spacious! It more than accommodated 2 adults and had plenty of room to set up a playpen without being intrusive. It was very nice as couples to not have to share a bathroom - was great that there is the master bath as well as a full off guest bedroom 2. The hot tub was so appreciated after long days of skiing!! The view over the hill was breathtaking and of course for the 'old men' was much needed! Amanda was a wonderful host and very easy to deal with! Very prompt and timely in her responses and made herself available for any questions and concerns we had prior to booking. My only suggestion for amenities to the house would just be a few plastic cups plates ect for kids - only because I would have felt terrible if my kids would have broken any of their nice things. Easily solved I brought my own! We can't wait to stay again! Would highly recommend winter or summer!

Comfortable, well-stocked stay

This is a terrific property. It was quiet, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen was well-equipped (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils plus slow cooker, panini maker, coffee maker and fancy coffee machine we didn't use). It also had some basics, which was great. We made use of salt and pepper etc. and left the ones we purchased for the next renter, along with a few beer and some vegetables from the fancy gas station at the bottom of the hill. By gas station I mean ridiculously stocked store with organic anything - plus fresh baking, juice, meat, milk - you name it, this place has it. Well other than children's Tylenol but that's fair. The ski-in ski-out was appreciated as we have three learners. The convenience couldn't be beat, unless they redesigned the hill so you didn't have to ski down to the chair lift, but everyone survived and two people said they'd prefer a ski holiday over hot. I didn't say that, mind you. I was the chef and laundry consultant for the week, and while I appreciated the gorgeous views, I'm still slightly partial to sand in my toes, but won't object to coming back to Kimberley if we can have this condo again. Beds are comfy, hot tub is great. Lots of towels. Good washer/dryer with detergent stocked. Also, bathrooms had soap, shampoo, body wash etc. so don't haul yours like I did, unless you're super picky. Through and through it was a seamless holiday and made better than expected by having a truly comfortable place to hang helmets, etc. Oh - that's another thing - these people are brilliant and had hooks EVERYWHERE for hanging jackets, toques, etc. This made my heart happy as it was easy for people to put stuff away and find it again. Nicely done! Appreciated the hotties at the door to the ski hill - the littlest member of the group used them a couple times for cold hands. Lowest level has hockey table - who knew we would fall in love and play many competitive games at the end of a long day. There are lots of games upstairs as well, and people had Monopoly going for a good three days. Nice books - my husband skimmed one and has ordered for his own shelf. We mostly watched Netflix etc. on laptops and devices, but there are TVs everywhere if you are so inclined. Responsive owners, easy to deal with, all the necessary information. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thanks much.

Great view, well equipped, spacious home away from home - with a hottub! and hockey table!

We had several of the family stay here for a wedding prep week. Lots of room for personal space where needed. The hot tub was a treat, and we all had our fun playing table hockey downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the view of the mountains spectacular. Amanda (owner) was pleasant to work with from the beginning and she was available if necessary during our 8 day stay so it was a good experience all around.
