It was quick an establishment....to transport anything you need....and very clean..to walk in to...and the water views from both sides..was fresh to see.
The property was pretty basic but it was very effective parking was easy and plentiful the most important thing was very close access to beach 2 and that was amazing everything went very smoothly the mini split in our cabin was most beneficial we were kept cool and dry on these very hot days are host was very Chris on communication very punctual and our check-in was flawless excellent experience we definitely rent from here again
Truly only a two minute walk to the beach. Very quiet, tidy, and quaint cottage. Being right on the river was also such a gorgeous part of our stay. Would book again!

Thank you for your kind words. I’m so happy you enjoyed your Beach vacation! Stop by and say hi anytime.
The overall stay was not bad. Close to the beach. Cottage was okay not clean enough, too many spider webs everywhere. The management is only cleaning floors, everything was dusty, even the lamps had dust on it. Definitely needs better cleaning. The play area for kids was abdonded, spider webs everywhere, we had to use a mop to clean it for my kids to play. The property needs more cleaning that's the only downfall.

Hi Sara,
I’m sorry to hear that. I do wish that you had come to the office. I would have had the cleaning staff go through again.
Unfortunately not all of our cottages have air conditioning. It is something that we’re working on, but because of this we leave all of the windows open. Since we’re sandwiched between two bodies of water there is usually a breeze. The sand in Wasaga is so fine that the breeze carries it in through the open windows. It is next to impossible to keep it out.
I assure you that we wipe all surfaces, including windowsills with every cleaning. Having clean cottages is something that I take very seriously.
I hope this didn’t take away too much from your beach experience, and that you come back to Wasaga in the near future.
Enjoy the rest of your summer! 🙂

Great location and facility
I enjoyed the location, the dock and the location so close to a nice beach. The fire pit was nice with lots of chairs. The only issue was staff not available when we needed them or at checkout
Very clean, very friendly, right on the River, centrally located. When paying top dollar, though, maybe toilet paper without having to make a phone call. Small quibble. You can’t get better than this location for beach and convenience. 👍🏼
This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
