Recently remolded . Fresh and bright paint. Very good lighting in all the rooms. Offers hardwood flooring throughout the home. Very clean home. The home also offers a separate laundry room in the lower level. The lower level offers a studio apartment with a full bathroom and a kitchenette. Absolutely no Smoking in the house . No Pets Allowed in the house . Please honor these important House Rules.
