A great spot to stay in for a short visit! The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been but the rest of the space was good. Great location and all the provided amenities were as listed. Thanks for having us!

Saw a bellbird!

Great little cottage. Just right for the 2 of us. Had everything necessary, even tea and coffee, and they'd left us some milk and muffins! All comfortable and clean. It has long been my ambition in 20 years living here to see a bellbird. They're not even that rare! But I never have until now. Saw several on the lovely Riverside walk accessible from the end of the road, then I saw one just by the cottage! Magical.

Room for improvement

Kitchen rubbish had broken lid and need a weight on top of the lid to keep it close. Pot size too small to cook pasta for two. The description mentioned that the mobile signal was variable and that was certainly the case. What was NOT mentioned was that the Bach has NO wifi connection. That might suit some people but not us. Had that been made clear in the description, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate you taking the time to detail your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the kitchen rubbish bin was inconvenient and that the pot size wasn’t quite large enough for your needs. Will continue to work on improving every aspect of the experience. We also apologise for any confusion regarding the mobile signal and Wi-Fi. While we do mention the variable mobile signal, we regret that the lack of Wi-Fi wasn’t more clearly highlighted in the description. We completely understand how these issues impacted your stay, and we’re sorry that they led to some frustration. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we will work on these areas to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope we can offer you a more fitting experience if you choose to stay with us again in the future.
