Downtown, close to everything, family friendly, newly renovated.

Our home is conveniently located about 4 blocks to Lake Michigan and the beach. It is also about 4 blocks to the wooden kids park and downtown. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 guests. Everything you may possibly need can be found in our cottage for a comfortable stay. We have a washer and drier. There are 2 porches to relax on and yard/outdoor furniture. Happy booking.

We have been in the hospitality for over 20 years now. Our family used to own Historic Hotel Nichols in town. We sold the Inn a few years in order for mom to retire. We have over 50 years experience in the cleaning service industry and service countless summer rental homes.
