Lovely clean apartment with good views. Pool looked well maintained. Easy to walk to the harbour, cafes, restaurants etc. Supermarket 5min walk. All buses stop across the road. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening as it was a quiet area. Slept well. Checkin and out with Rita was easy.

Lovely apartment

Easy check in, met by very helpful Rita. Apartment very clean with everything you would need for a holiday. We stayed in several nights and so the kitchen, which was well stocked with cooking utensils, was well used. Views are over the tennis courts of Tipsy Terrace whis was entertaining! Complex is tidy and safe, other occupants friendly. Would certainly consider booking again.

This property across the board . Tired and very badly equipped .example as advertised :- No Dishwasher No Spa Whirlpool No Hot tub No Dining Table or dining chairs inside propertythere WAS a microwave but only 4 microwaveable dining plates no other microwave safe crockery. No kitchen scissors we had to request these .Oven was so old it had no visible control markings it was a guessing game as to what temperature you were using. and also no oven cooking pots. Only one tea towel provided for the months stay had to request more.We contacted Rita the co. host as we could not get the TV to work and she curtly told us it wasn't her problem and we had to contact the host Donald which we did by our mobile phone and it took 5 days to finally get it working. Armchair in the Lounge filthy needed a clean covered it with towels before sitting on it.Bedroom no proper pillows only small cushions wrapped in pillowcases there were only 2 of these and we had to request more hopefully proper pillows but were provided with the another 3 cushions not pillows. One bed change for the month so spent my holiday time washing bed linen. Bathroom toilet under the rim was filthy bought bleach immediately to clean. Shower was a joke so small and also required cleaning . Balcony no screening so no privacy whatsoever fronm the public passing by or waiting at the bus stop

Los gigantes in the sun

Great location. Appartment had everything we needed although second bedroom on the small side. Had a really lovely time. Rita our host was lovely and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Besonders sonnig

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Terrasse hat eine super Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und ist zu 95% sonnig ,auch im Dezember. Das Appartement ist warm, die Küche gut ausgestattet, kleinere und grosse Supermärkte ( Lidl)sind fußläufig in der Nähe. Ein WiFi Zugang ist nicht in der Wohnung ,aber in der Bar gegenüber der Wohnung. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Appartmentanlage ,die überwiegend mit ruhigen , englischen Besitzern bewohnt ist, es ist also nachts ruhig. Gute Life Musik ist in der Bar gegenüber manch Abend zu hören, aber um 22 Uhr ist Schluss. Lediglich gestört hat uns die Quantität des warmen Wassers . Der Strahl ist sehr dünn. Wir würden das Appartemement wieder mieten und nach häufigen Aufenthalten auf der Insel können wir sagen : es ist der sonnigste Ort der Insel. Schon 10 km weiter ist es oft kühler durch einige Wolkenbildungen. Die Kommunikation mit Donald Arnie war erstklassig . Er antwortet innerhalb kurzer Zeit Insgesamt ist das Appartemement zu empfehlen !!!
