One block from the beach in tranquil Cape May Point! The waves will lull you to sleep after a fun-filled day experiencing all Cape May has to offer. Four bedrooms, three baths in a unique contemporary architecture home with a bright and open floor plan.
The first floor is an entrance foyer from the parking area with stairwell to the living areas. The second floor is an open living and dining area, kitchen, and two bedrooms with hall bath, separated from living space by pocket doors. The second floor also contains a large deck running along the front of the house and a screened-in porch in the rear of the house off the kitchen.
The third floor contains the washer and dryer, a loft overlooking the second floor living space, and two bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms contain their own en suite bathroom, with the master bedroom also providing a small private deck.
Features include:
· Loft – a cozy space overlooking the living area, loaded with books and toys.
· Spacious front deck – the width of the house and situated to catch ocean breezes.
· Space for four cars in the stone driveway.
· Screened-in back porch, perfect for intimate outdoor dining.
· New living room furniture and TVs to enhance your comfort and enjoyment
The beds will be made up when you arrive, no need to bring your own sheets. Also we provide bath towels and beach towels for your use during your stay.

Fantastic house

This large, airy, sunny, fun, stylish house was perfect for my family gathering of 5 people. So comfortable, has everything you need, owner is friendly and responsive, and everything was chill. There are porches galore, it's so close to the beach and everything Cape May and Cape May Point have to offer, and it just felt like home. Would definitely come again (but I'd limit visits to the months that windows can open because the house did smell like moth balls). We all loved it.

Family get away

great property in wonderful location. Two bedrooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs allowed for flexibility and privacy. Nice big open living space and well equipped kitchen. Lovely backyard space for barbequing.

Perfect House to Explore Cape May

This house was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cape May. It was spacious, clean, had amazing light, toys for our children, and the location couldn't be beat. We were a 3 minute walk from the public beach access (which allowed us to easily spend quality beach time during the day, and enjoy sunsets in the evening), and a 5 minute walk from Cape May State Park, where I spent many mornings bird watching in the early hours, and we took our children to hike on the flat trails in the afternoon. It's location in Cape May Point is also perfect to explore Cape May proper—you're removed from all the crowds coming in to the main part of town, but are only a 5 minute drive to check out restaurants/shops/arcades and more. We will definitely plan on trying to rent this house in the future! Thank you again!

Great house, location and amenities.

Very comfortable house for a family of 6 - the kids really like all of the game/toys available and everything we needed for the beach was provided. Location was very close to the beach and a short drive to all other area attractions. We enjoyed our stay - thanks !

Comforting

This was our family's first time renting this property. We found it to be quite comfortable and accommodating for our family of seven. There were enough bedrooms and baths which is great! Some family members mentioned that the current bed mattresses might need replacing as they seemed a bit lumpy. Other than that we had a great stay and are considering booking again next year! Thank you Doug for being so helpful and accommodating.

Well designed house in a great location

House is spacious with a pleasant design and features a dramatic two story living room. Has the basic features needed for a great stay. Our grandkids loved the games and toys available. Room sizes are all fine and furniture was comfortable. Kitchen utensils could use an update with better cookware, but overall, this worked really well for our family.

This house was all they said it would be. Very clean and Owner was veru easy to work with.

This house was perfect for our family with plenty of room and good location. Although the furniture is not as comfortable as I like (I am a big person) it was certainly adequate for our family. I would recommend and definitely rent again this home and also the Oyster Bay Restaurant if planning a trip to Cape May.
